Summer Museum Camps are sold by the week. Regularly Priced Camps $230/Members $255/Non-Members Premium Camps (Paleontology, Amusement Park Science) $275/Members $300/Non-Members Four-day Camp (May 30 June 2) $180/Members $205/Non-Members Where will we be? Camps take place, Cincinnati, Blue Ash, Villa Madonna, Greenacres, Thomas More College, and Cincinnati Multi-camp Discount Register your camper for three or more camps and receive $15 off each camp! This discount is only available over the phone. Please call (513) to register. Before Care and After Care Available for Museum Camps (except for camps ). Before Care available starting at 7:30 a.m. After Care available until 6 p.m. Before Care Pricing per day: $5 Member $10 non-member After Care Pricing per day: $10 Member $15 non-member Cancellation Policy There is a $10 processing fee for canceling your registration 15 days or more in advance of the first day of your scheduled camp. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged if made 7-14 days prior to the start of camp; $75 if fewer days prior to the start of camp; and $100 if on the first day of camp. No refund is given after the first day of camp. What s Included? All camps include a t-shirt, afternoon snacks and days full of exciting and educational activities including science experiments, crafts, group projects, games and more! 3 Camps Weeks 1-4 Week 3, June Camps take place and Cincinnati Week 4, June Camps take place and Blue Ash Parks and K 1, 2 3 We re kicking into hyperdrive to travel to galaxies far away and discover the science and technology of living in space. Visit the special exhibit Star Wars and the Power of Costume Museum Center. This camp is sure to be out of this world! Week 1, May 30 June 2 Camps take place (4-day camp) K 1 Bring out your inner chemist and spend the week getting your hands dirty as we dive into some messy science and icky, sticky experiments. Mix and blend your own concoctions and find out which chemicals react to cause flashes and explosions. 2 3 CSI Camp Scene Investigation Things are getting extraordinary at Cincinnati Museum Center. Can you find the clues and solve the mystery? See if you have what it takes to be a Camp Scene Investigator! 4 6 Medical Camp Discover what it takes to be a doctor! Learn basic First Aid skills, participate in a dissection every day and meet professionals from the medical field. Week 2, June 5 9 Camps take place and Cincinnati K 1 LEGO : Engineering Discover the many types of engineering and put your skills to the test as you participate in building challenges, create paper airplanes, experiment with chemical reactions and learn to build simple machines. 2 3, 4 6 Grab your broomstick and fly to Cincinnati Museum Center for a magical week at Hogwarts! Practice your potions skills, meet fantastic creatures and learn to duel. Costumes are encouraged but not required. Cincinnati K 1, 2 6 Space Adventure Blast off into an awesome adventure! Join the Cincinnati and Cincinnati Museum Center as we look through telescopes, observe the mysteries of the universe and test our astronaut skills. 4 8 Paleontology Channel your inner Indiana Jones and unearth the exciting journey from field to lab. Visit sites where Native Americans once lived, discover places where Museum Center scientists have found mammoth fossils and dig up fossils yourself as we travel around Cincinnati to learn about local archaeology and paleontology. Cincinnati We re joining forces with Cincinnati and kicking into hyperdrive to travel to galaxies far away and discover the science and technology of living in space. Take a field trip to visit the special exhibit Star Wars and the Power of Costume Museum Center. This camp is sure to be out of this world! 2 6 Lights, camera, action! Join us as we discover how movies take us to galaxies far away! Learn how to make a storyboard, create a stop-motion animation movie with LEGO mini-figures and bricks and take a field trip to visit the special exhibit Star Wars and the Power of Costume Museum Center. 2 3, 4 6 Lights, camera, action! Talk to real veterinarians, practice your skills in the Duke Energy Children s Museum s kid-sized Banfield Pet Hospital and discover how Cincinnati Museum Center takes care of its scaly, slimy and furry friends! 2 3 Design, Build, Create Join the Maker movement and spend the week creating, designing and building your own creations. Make brush bots, learn to use a sewing machine and upcycle everyday items into extraordinary projects! 4 8 Amusement Park Science Learn about the design, physics and engineering of your favorite amusement park rides. Participate in an engineering design challenge developed by NASA. Build your own rollercoaster and take a field trip to Kings Island to experience them in real life!
