The air is hot, the water is warm, it is time to get in the lake and find some treasures. Texas summers are bad enough for us diggers with the temperatures reaching 100+ often, but the ground being rock hard and almost impossible to dig in doesn't help either. So get in the water, find a lake, creek, river, anything to cool down and hunt where most others don't. I find more treasure in the water than on land and even though I dread the summers and the heat, I also look forward to water hunting. If you don't have a waterproof machine I highly recommend obtaining one, that gives you an opportunity that many other hunters just don't have. The Club will provide the meat and beverages. Come early (7:00pm) so we can setup the room and get things laid out quickly. Bring your friends and family.
