1 4.5 Low Eligibility List Men 2014 League Year - Summer (June 2014 August 2014) The 4.5 Low league is a 4.5-rated league designed for players rated in the bottom half of the 4.5 (or lower) level. A 4.5-related player carries a dynamic rating that is Your name will be on the 4.5 Low Eligibility List if: You are a 4.5-rated player and your dynamic rating (which you cannot see!) is between You played in at least 2 USTA adult league matches on or after November 1, 2013 Your name will NOT be on the 4.5 Low Eligibility List if: You are a 4.5-rated player and your dynamic rating is 4.26 or above. You are a 4.0-rated player or below (or 5.0 and higher). You are a 4.5-rated player but did NOT play in at least two USTA Atlanta adult league matches since November 1, If you are a 4.5-rated player and your name is NOT on the 4.5 Low Eligibility List, then you may NOT register for a 4.5 Low team without first confirming eligibility by ing maegan@ustaatlanta.com or josh@ustaatlanta.com. The computer will not prevent you from registering since the computer only checks to see if you are a 4.5 player. However, the 4.5 Low teams are checked by USTA Atlanta weekly for eligibility and illegal players will be immediately removed from a 4.5 Low roster with matches disqualified. If you believe that your name should be on the 4.5 Low Eligibility List, please contact Maegan Kulich, Director of Adult Leagues USTA Atlanta, at maegan@ustaatlanta.com, and you will receive a decision (usually within 1-2 business days) whether or not you are eligible.
