4 The Client, Our Business Engine and the reason to go for Stress Management Session. Every Job is a stressful assignment. Every Job has got a by-default profile to keep exceeding expectations and meeting new targets. Person normally treats his job the way he treats his life as such. A lot of energy gets fused in managing and meeting the two ends. Slight improvement in thinking and converting stress flow into controlled strength can bring amazing results in performance, say it be a job or a life. Advantec Coils Pvt. & Ltd, The Azure brand, which ((An Aura Aqua Conditioning )) includes window and split ACs and have five-star rating and ever since it became a joint venture with Zamil Air-conditioners, the largest AC manufacturer in the West Asia, it is growing magnanimously with more self-disciplined, better skilled and in best-focused manner. The stress of growth is powerful enough to cause a robotic state of mind, turning body into a welcome zone for multiple psychological and biological diseases. The higher, one goes, the more balanced one needs to be. The very reason why we conducted " Stress Management Session " for efficient personnel of Advantec Coils, which was guided by Mr. Vipin Sharma, instantly approved by V.P. Mr. A.B. Adavni, and best incorporated by Sr. Manager - HR & Admin, Mr. K.M.Bhatnagar.

5 The Introduction A brief presentation was inculcated By Mr. Vinay Sharma to introduce the topic, its need and Mr. Gaurav Goel, who was the invited to conduct the session. Mr. Gaurav Goel, is B.E.- M.Tech and is passionately involved in educating masses the virtue and power-effects of meditation. He have been conducting such sessions for different Banks, Insurance companies and this was a first one for an OEM as such. ((An Aura & Aqua Conditioning ))

6 The Session Nothing was kept formal. The introduction, conduction and conclusion of the session, all were delivered in such a practical way that the subject became matter of interest among the audience. The notion to get a heavy workshop, evaporated with in few minutes. The interaction was friendly and yet very educative, was talkative yet so very informative and soft, yet so very hard hitting that almost all started flowing with the current. 7 The Subject Major thrust was to be thankful for what we have and to never utter negative words, not even in thoughts since whatever we communicate, becomes our audience and no one can be better and most attentive audience than our destiny who creates our ambiance keeping every word we say as its effective working profile. 8 The Meditation A 15 Minutes of Simple Meditation was also conducted practically to make all understand how easy it is to channelize our energies and how relaxed & energized one feels after doing it spiritually. Surprising, when the meditation was called off, most did not wanted to talk and expected meditation to last for longer period. The session was of two hours but audience wanted it be more than 3 to 4 hours as such.

9 The Miracle Only Meditation have a power to do miracles. It cannot change your past but it can certainly change the way you look at it. Ltd. We thoroughly enjoyed the program and amazed by the volume of information Mr. Gourav was able to discuss in the time-frame. Mr. Gourav s willingness to share his knowledge is wonderful. I don t know if we are able to successfully pursue this in our career without the knowledge we gained from this program. Sir the feedback is wonder full and we can consider another session of training program in our organization, but this program seemed much more comprehensive and offered more tools and materials to get me started. The success of Rajni Kanth, is a saga of Mind Tuning, Mind Control and Mind Power. Its like he become what he always wanted to be and then planned his thoughts and dreams. Shame of being just a bus conductor, Ego of being a star, both never shook his practical understanding towards himself. He respected himself in all phases of life and never allowed mind to think for himself. He is not a man of Muscles, or Kalidas of an art, yet he is Superstar of Superstars because of one strong reason, BALANCE. Every joke connected with Rajnikanth speaks volumes about that. These are not just jokes but a mind power. It s a gratitude, a prayer, a return gift of his fans for him.
