4 4 UkrSSR JOHANNESTAL Village council Odessa region 19 th of December 1937 No 136 To the chief of NKVD branch REFERENCE On Heinle Gotlieb Christianovich Heinle Gotlieb Christianovich, born in 1895, native and inhabitant of the village of Johannestal, Karl Liebknecht district, son of a large-scale kulak who owned 150 hectares of land. Besides the father of Heinle Gotlieb rented 150 hectares of land, owned a threshing machine, 4 houses, about 25 horses, about 16 cows, hired about 6 field hands. Heinle Gotlieb Christianovich took active participation in a rebellion against the soviet power. In 1933, 1934 and 1935 he received Hitler s aid. In 1934 he was imprisoned for 8 years for wheat theft, came back to Johannestal in autumn He conducts demoralizing work in kolkhoz. We attest the above-mentioned. 5 5 EXTRACT FROM MINUTES No109 Of the sitting of Three under NKVD in Odessa region 27 th of December 1937 Hearing on: Case No 2 of state security department of NKVD, No7640 on accusation of Heinle Gotlieb Christianovich, born in 1895, native and resident of Johannestal village of Karl Liebknecht district, Odessa region, kulak origin, German, citizen of the USSR, non-party. Decided: HEINLE Gotlieb Christianovich TO BE SHOT Was sentenced in 1932 by a special board of Regional court for 10 years for counter-revolutionary sabotage, afterwards the sentence was commuted for 5 years of imprisonment. Before arrest he was a member of kolkhoz named after Postyshev. In 1919 he took active part in kulak armed rebellion against the soviet power, subjected the revolutionary peasants to physical repressions, had criminal contacts with German council in Odessa where he received Hitler s aid, being anti-soviet he conducted fascist propaganda among German population, praised fascist regime in Germany, conducted demoralizing subversive work in kolkhoz. He is kept in Odessa prison. It is true: secretary of the Three signature

Heinle Gotlieb Christianovich, born in 1895, native and resident of Johannestal village of Karl Liebknecht district, Odessa region, German, non-party, worked in kolkhoz before arrest. Relatives of the convicted have not been identified. According to the Decision of the Three under NKVD in Odessa region dated of Heinle Gotlieb Christianovich was imposed the extreme penalty on the basis of article of Criminal Code of the UkrSSR. Heinle G.C. comes under validity of the article 1 of the Decree of Presidium of Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated of 16 January 1989 About additional measures for reinstatement of justice regarding victims of repressions having taken place at the period of 30 th -40 th and at the beginning of 50 th.
