During the last 25 years, PANCOR s principals have successfully completed the development of millions of square feet of office and industrial buildings at Illinois locations such as Addison, Bensenville, Bolingbrook, Carol Stream, Elgin, Glendale Heights, Naperville, Oakbrook Terrace, Schaumburg, St. Charles, Tinley Park and Vernon Hills. ACQUISITION In each of the last six years, PANCOR sponsored partnerships have purchased high quality suburban office properties. We continue to search for opportunities to acquire income producing office and industrial properties to which we can add value. CONSTRUCTION Our company s professional and experienced staff is able to efficiently and economically complete tenant improvements for any company leasing space in our buildings. This capability allows us to offer turn-key leases to prospective tenants and to guarantee move-in dates. We are also staffed to construct speculative and build-to-suit office or industrial buildings. Our construction division exists for the sole purpose of serving our tenants and investors. We do limited construction for third parties. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT We employ experienced and professional property managers and a qualified maintenance staff to operate and manage our properties. Our management division exists for two purposes: 1. To provide high quality service to our tenants 2. To enhance the value of our properties We currently manage approximately one million square feet of office and industrial properties. We do not manage properties for third parties.
