24 Broadband Transmitting power limits (90.542) Continuation Base/Fixed stations operating in MHz Must comply with power limitation previously discussed Power Flux Density produced by antenna height and vertical gain pattern must on exceed 3000 mw/m 2 on the ground over area extending 1km from the base of the antenna mounting structure 24
25 Emission Limitations (90.543) MHz and MHz refer to emission limitations in paragraphs (a) through (d) of this section. Section is amended to delete two table concerning 150kHz requirements Paragraph (b) (1) revised New paragraph (e) Formatting changes as a result of paragraph deletions/additions 25
26 Emission Limitations (90.543) Continuation For operations in MHz and MHz, the power of any emission outside the licensee s frequency band of operation shall be attenuated below the transmitter power (P), measured in watts and in accordance to the following MHz and MHz 76+10log(P) db in a 6.25kHz band segment (base and fixed stations) MHz and MHz 65+10log(P) db in a 6.25kHz band segment (mobile and portable stations) 26
27 Narrowband interoperability channel capacity requirement (90.547) Mobiles and portables operating in NB Channels in MHz and MHz must be capable of operating on all of the designated nationwide interoperability channels pursuant to the standards in this part 27
28 Interoperability Technical Standards (90.548) Transmitter operating in NB channels in MHz and MHz band designated for interoperability (90.531) shall conform to the technical standards in original rule part. 28
29 Construction requirements (90.551) MHz and MHz must be constructed and placed into operations within 12 months from the date of the grant of the license Except state channels (subject to build out requirements in Extended Implementation or slow growth of 5 years. 29
