St. Clair County PSAPS: St. Clair County (CenCom) Belleville Cahokia Caseyville Centreville East St. Louis Fairview Hts O Fallon Swansea CenCom: CenCom is the County Center, based in Belleville. CenCom has been a leader in many phases of , especially wireless. CenCom guides the APCO25 trunked radio system and assists in coordination of the statewide StarCom21 system. Many VHF and UHF operations remain on the legacy channels but many are being switched to the TRS. Fire paging has been consolidated to , most operations have been switched from to alternate channels. The County APCO25 trunked system is owned and operated by the County but is fully compatible with and connected to StarCom21.
