ZHONGTIAN TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD ZHONGTIAN TECHNOLOGIES FIBER OPTICS CO., LTD
Brief Introduction ZhongTian Technologies Fiber Optics Company Limited (hereafter called ZFOC), a subsidiary company of Jiangsu ZhongTian Technologies Company Limited (ZTT), was established in Jan, 2003 as a professional optical fiber manufacturer. In 2006, ZFOC become one of the main suppliers of China Mobile and China Network Communications Corporation. The total investment was 166 millions RMB. ZFOC is located in the Nantong Economic & Technological Development Area, and it covers an area of 28,000 square meters. The yearly output of ZFOC is about 4 million kilometers optical fiber and the main products are G. 652B G652D, and G. 655 single mode fibers. All the manufacture and measurement equipments were imported from world leading manufacturers. With the management of advanced produce control software, the product qualities of each process wire strictly and effectively guaranteed. In Dec. 2004, ZFOC subscribed a long term cooperation agreement with Yangtze Optical Fiber and Cable Company Limited (YOFC) and became one fo the most important cooperators. YOFC takes share of ZFOC. In 2005, ZFOC obtained outstanding achievements that the produce and sale quantity reached 2.04 million kilometers, including 0.48 million kilometers G. 652D optical fiber and the accumulative output were more than 5 million kilometers up to Jul, ZFOC always keeps the world-class optical fiber manufacturer and supplier as company objective, and always carried out the quality management system according to ISO 9001: ZFOC will keep improving product and service qualities to satisfy the customers. ZFOC, one of leaders of future optical communication!
Equipment & Technology Fig.1 Interference pattern of spun fiber PMD measurement Fig.2 Interference pattern of unspun fiber PMD measurement All the manufacture and measurement equipments were imported from world leading manufacturers. The advanced network technology was applied to each manufacturing process by using producing management software, so the quality of each process are guaranteed and meanwhile, the management efficiency was improved. With the cooperation between ZFOC and YOFC, the product performance and capacity were greatly improved. Based on the former drawing process, the fiber spinning technology (PMD scramblers) and D2 treatment process were introduced and G. 652D optical fiber was successfully developed.
Quality Quality policy: Meticulous working, Value-added service, Continual improvement ZFOC all long carries out the quality management system according to ISO9001: 2000 series, which had been approved by British Standards Institution in August 2003 and then passed the auditing in the following years. By strictly carrying out the purchasing review, process control and so on, ZFOC will keep improving product and service qualities to satisfy the customers.
Research & Development Team ZFOC has a high quality technician team of 93 people, in which 77 are over junior college, 1 post doctorate, 1 doctor and 6 masters that is 82% of total employee. Many technicians were designated to be trained overseas, like Japan, France, and Germany besides, some correlative experts were invited to have training class over our company and communicate. This team, which has successful experience in empoldering G.652B, G.652C, 652D, G.655 and bend-insensitive low-peak water single mode fiber which used in FTTH, has been establishing friendly relationship with some famous institution of higher learning, such as Shanghai Construct University, Nanjing Post University, and so on. We also have built joint laboratory with Zhejiang University at 2005 to make use of technical resource of collage well.
