2 Life FM AGM & Birthday Party Members, supprters, bard members and staff traveled frm all ver the regin t celebrate the 2017 Life FM AGM and birthday p arty. The atmsphere was buzzing all night, as everyne shared the excitement f bringing Life Changing Radi t Gippsland! The night was als used as an pprtunity t hnur Bard Treasurer Dave Maxwell, pictured abve, fr his service t Life FM, as Dave has decided t step dwn frm the bard this year. Dave was a tremendus help in a number f ways t the statin and his psitive attitude and input will be missed by everyne Bard President Bev Lade did anther sterling jb f directing traffic n the night by c-rdinating the agenda, facilitating reprts and even perfrming the highly prestigius cutting f the birthday cake! There were several lucky winners f gifts fr AGM attendees curtesy f the Life FM AGM raffle. Len has been supprting the Life FM visin f bringing Life Changing Radi t hmes, wrkplaces and cmmunities thrughut Gippsland fr ver 10 years. After a brief chat with ur ever friendly bkkeeper Helen, and renewal f his membership, Len cntinued n with the rest f his busy day. Thanks fr ppping in Len, it s great t have yu n the Life FM team! Life FM Office Revamp The Sale Office has recently had a minr verhaul thanks largely t the pwerhuse effrts f Gerard Giesbers wh has repainted the entire ffice. We als had a spring cleaning day (in summer) where we remved a lt f the ffice clutter that had been accumulating ver time. The revamped ffice space has helped reinfrce ur apprach t bring yu fresh sund and prgramming. 8 SUCCESSFUL GRANT APPLICATIONS Life FM has successfully applied fr and received tw funding grants ver the last few mnths which is great news! One grant is thrugh the Cmmunity Bradcast Fundatin fr nging peratinal expenses. The ther is thrugh the Genesis Fundatin fr a dedicated sales prfessinal t spend time with Life Fm t develp ur spnsrship packages, train lcal peple and cnduct dr t dr sales thrughut the regin. The grant als includes a financial allcatin t perfrm an audit f ur current bradcasting equipment. Life FM jined frces t partner with three ther statins t successfully apply fr the funding. Life FM is very thankful fr the supprt f these tw funding prviders and their cntributin t bring Life Changing radi t Gippsland.
