2 2/3 Bosch Rexroth AG Hydrulics Vlves with spool position monitoring RE 2483/2. Generl Inductive position switches nd proximity sensors In cse of set vlves, contctless position switches nd proximity sensors (hereinfter shortly only referred to s position switches) with integrted switching mplifiers switch shortly before, in cse of on/off vlves only fter chievement of the spool position to be monitored. The spool position chieved is displyed by binry signl. Advntges of the position switches: Short-circuit-proof Avilble with M2x plug-in connection Direct monitoring of the spool position t the control spool Long service life High relibility s no use of dynmic sels Rection time of the switch upon opertion c. 5 ms. The switching times ccording to ISO 643 specified in the relted vlve dt sheets do not correspond to the rection times of the position switch (time from signl chnge t the solenoid to the signl chnge of the position switch). Query mechnisms with regrd to time re to be set to minimum of 8 to ms. Attention! Vlves with inductive position switches nd proximity sensors in sfety-relevnt controls my only be ssembled nd commissioned by hydruliclly nd electriclly trined experts. Adjustment nd mintennce works require specil tools nd equipment. These works my only be performed by uthorized specilists or in the fctory! In cse of improper works t sfety equipment, there is the risk of personl injury nd dmge to property! The essentil vlve components re djusted to ech other in the production plnt nd djusted during the ssembly. They must not be interchnged. In cse of vlve or position switch defects, the entire vlve must be exchnged! The fctory setting of the position switch must not be chnged. The position switch my only be set by the vlve mnufcturer. The position switch cn be utomticlly monitored by the mchine control so tht even in cse of position switch filure, nother mchine cycle cnnot be initited. The mchine control nd the selection of the components re to be designed so tht the leks cnnot led to n indmissible closing movement. Notes! In pilot operted directionl vlves, only the min vlve is monitored, not the pilot control vlve. In 4/2 directionl set vlves, only the min vlve is monitored, not the complete vlve function. Position switches hve n ttenuting effect, i.e. the switching times specified in the bsic dt sheets of the vlves my be incresed.
