I is urned ou ha he new insulaion dielecric loss deecing insrumen has he characerisics of low power consumpion, high efficiency, accuraely compared wih he AI-6000E dielecric loss es insrumen (he mehod of he resisan bridge..inroducion High pressure equipemen plays an imporan role in power sysem s safe operaion,which has far-reaching influence on power sysem. The problem of high pressure equipmen will resul in large area blockou acciden,even he sysem paralysis in elecric power sysem. Therefore, he mainenance of high pressure equipmen plays an imporan par in rouine mainenance. Dielecric loss es is an effecive way o insulaion defec deecion in high volage elecrical equipmen. Tradiional dielecric loss es usually use dielecric deecor based on schering bridge merhod o deec he loss of insulaing medium for high volage equipmen such as ransformer.bu here are many shorcomings, such as: power consumpion, poor ani-inerference abiliy,complex operaion an so on. These shorcomings are difficul o mee he demand of high efficiency, precision, low power consumpion of daa collecion in modern power sysem. The design in his aricle uses a insulaion dielecric loss deecing insrumen based on MSP430F33 single chip microcompuer. I s sampling secion combines many kinds of inegraed circui. This dielecric loss meer improves he sabiliy and accuracy of informaion sampling wih low power consumpion, fas operaion, processing power and oher advanages. 2. Basic composiion and working principle of he sysem Dielecric loss deecor hardware sysem based on MSP430F33 single chip microcompuer is divided ino wo pars: daa acquisiion and daa processing. When he deecor works, volage sampling sysem firsly carries ou volage es o he deeced objec. Then curren deecion sysem samples he delay ime of sampling o he objec o be measured. T I s conrolled by he clock module in MSP430F33 chip. Sampling sysem ges he sampling informaion of muliple sampling periods and sends he informaion o he daa processing sysem. The daa processing sysem combines ways of Pass Zero Disinguishing Phase and Leas square value, processes he daa repeaedly o ge he angen and sends o LED display sysem and sorage sysem. 3. Sysem hardware circui design 3. Sysem logic diagram The overall block diagram of he hardware sysem is shown in Figure. The sysem is composed of wo pars of he simulaion board and 430 single-chip microcompuer. 2 Fig. Hardware logic diagram 3.2 waveform sampling module In order o ensure no disorion effec o he maximum degree of he waveform of he acquisiion, LM334 is used as Volage Follower o sample he waveform sampling.the advanages of volage follower are very high inpu impedance and low oupu impedance, which are he mos commonly used impedance ransformaion and maching circui Volage follower is usually used as in buffer sage and ou buffer sage of circui. As high impedance inpu level of he whole circui, i can ease he effec on he signal source; as low impedance oupu sage of he whole circui, i can improve he abiliy o load. LM334 is he hree erminal adjusable consan curren source device. In he working curren, he consan curren source can be adjused o 000: and has a dynamic volage range of -40V wide, whose consan flow characerisic is very good, I is characerized by no need of precision volage amplificaion, compensaion, ec. To sum up, LM334 is used as he volage follower o carry ou he waveform sampling,the disorion of he waveform is reduced o he maximum exen. 3.3 waveform reamen module Algorihm used in daa processing module is high order fiing algorihm based on zero crossing ime difference mehod. In he algorihm, he ime delay difference is obained and is ransformed ino a cerain widh T square wave signal. The dielecric loss value of he sample can be obained by measuring he widh of he square wave. As a resul, i is he mos imporan facor in he acquisiion of dielecric loss o obain a square wave signal wih good, no disorion, and a cerain ani jamming abiliy. This sysem uses LM339 o ransform he sine wave as zero comparaor Zero comparaor s significance lies in Threshold Volage UT=0V When Inegraed Operaional Amplifier lies in open ring sae,he oupu volage is +UOM or -UOM. When he inpu volage is ui<0v, UO=+UOM;When he inpu volage is ui>0v,uo=-uom The advanages of he ne inpu volage of inegraed operaional amplifier and ne inpu curren is approximaely zero so as o proec he inpu level. Because he inegraed operaional amplifier does no work o he nonlinear region, a zero inpu volage is inernal ransisor do no need o ener he sauraed zone gradually from he end zone,or gradually from he sauraed zone o he end zone.so i improves he oupu volage. LM339 is an inegraed circui of four volage comparaor The circui has characers as follows: Operaing power supplies volage range ; boh single power supply and dual power can work. Single power supply: 2~36V, Double power supply: ±~±8V; The curren consumpion is small, Icc=.3mA ; Inpu offse volage is small, VIO= + 2mV; ommon mode inpu volage range, Vic=0 ~ Vcc-.5V; Oupu compaible wih TTL, DTL, MOS, MOS, ec. The oupu can be conneced wih an open collecor "or" door. The sysem uses LM339 as a zero comparaor wih low power consumpion, proecion of inpu sage, improve he speed of oupu waveform changes. 3.4 Waveform inegraion module The signal delay difference of T square wave signal is he key o calculae he dielecric loss value.in he daa processing module, he sine wave signal has been changed o square wave signal Bu a his ime of he wave ype signal is a wo way slighly delayed square wave signal To abain delay signal difference, his sysem combines 4096 No Gae and 408and GAT in order o ge 394

In daa acquisiion, efficien collecion of high efficiency is done.ollecion period is 0.2 seconds 00 imes. 4 5. Experimenal resuls are compared wih he AI-6000E dielecric loss es insrumen (he mehod of he resisan bridge. This experimen is done in he field of high volage elecric laboraory of Norheas Dianli Universiy.Samples were colleced for SFZ /0,ransformer insulaion medium oil and B A hree insulaion casing. And he influence of he elecric field inensiy on he daa is considered. The error of he AI-6000E dielecric loss eser is 0.004%. The error of he new ype dielecric loss meer is 0.00%. Elecric field beside he lighning experimen machine is mos unsable.two dielecric loss esing apparaus are all inerference To sum up, new dielecric loss meer can work in differen elecric field srengh, whose error is beween 0.00%-0.003%. In Table 2, he posiion of he ransformer insulaion sleeve is fixed. The impac of oher environmenal facors can no be considered.the experimenal comparison of wo kinds of dielecric loss meer is carried ou. From able 2 we can see ha he experimenal error beween he AI-6000E dielecric loss eser gδ% and 430 gδ% is beween 0.003%-0.006%.The accuracy of he 430 dielecric loss meer is demonsraed.during he experimen, he collecion and operaion ime were measured. 430 dielecric loss meer is due o no need o adjus he capaciance resisance, which in he ime grealy exceeds he AI-6000E dielecric loss eser. 6.onclusion The new inegraed circui informaion acquisiion erminal is differen from he radiional pulse sampling, which is easily influenced by elecric field, emperaure, ec, So i can improve he sabiliy of he collecion informaion. 2Because of high performance of single chip microcompuer, he mehod of calculaing he zero crossing ime difference mehod and he leas square mehod is used, which improves he accuracy of he daa. Besides he calculaion speed is improved compared wih he radiional mehod of 396

5 measuring insrumen of he resisan bridge. 3The whole hardware par uses 3.3V buon baery power supply compared wih he radiional dielecric loss meer can grealy save energy and reduce power consumpion.
