A PIN diode and a preamplifier are assembled on a lead frame, he epoxy package acs as an IR filer. The demodulaed oupu signal can be direcly decoded by a microprocessor. The TSOP32.. is compaible wih all common IR remoe conrol daa formas. The TSOP34.. is opimized o suppress almos all spurious pulses from energy saving fluorescen lamps bu will also suppress some daa signals. This componen has no been qualified according o auomoive specificaions. 5 TSOP32.., TSOP34.. SUITABLE DATA FORMAT IR Receiver Modules for Remoe The TSOP32.., TSOP34.. series are designed o suppress spurious oupu pulses due o noise or disurbance signals. Daa and disurbance signals can be disinguished by he devices according o carrier frequency, burs lengh and envelope duy cycle. The daa signal should be close o he band-pass cener frequency (e.g. 38 khz) and fulfill he condiions in he able below. When a daa signal is applied o he TSOP32.., TSOP34.. in he presence of a disurbance signal, he sensiiviy of he receiver is reduced o insure ha no spurious pulses are presen a he oupu.
