2 Introduction We offer a broad line of high performance low dropout (LDO linear regulators with fast transient response, excellent line and load regulation, and very wide input voltage range from.9v to 1V. currents range from 2mA to 1A, with positive, negative and multiple output versions available. Many devices offer output voltage operation <.8V and some feature operation as low as V, even with a single supply. Most are stable with ceramic output capacitors. Our PNP-based linear regulators offer reverse-input, reverse-output, and reverse-current protection.
