6 700 MHz ITS 5 Collisions tend to occur at intersections with poor visibility for drivers, such as in residential areas. Another vehicle Visibility for drivers is degenerated due to trees, walls, or other obstructions. Driver s vehicle Visibility is poor! ITU-R Report M.2228 Advanced ITS Radiocommunication A vehicle is approaching from the left! ARIB STD-T MHz band ITS ITS alert drivers through alarm sounds, heads-up display, and voice message. Many traffic accidents happen at intersections in Japan. 700 MHz ITS are useful for avoiding such accidents at intersections.

Global spectrum allocation for the radar should be considered at WRC-15.
