2 Hardware Description The WRx Subsystem is a fully integrated multi-port RF subsystem design to handle all of the test requirements of RF and SOC integrated circuits. The WRx is a flexible solution providing a configurable number of ports and sources. ll components make use of industry standard PXI interface technology for high speed, reliability and flexibility.
