1 R / QRK 0: Heating controller Used in conjunction with temperature detectors (Ni000) and appropriate control valves for heating and domestic-hot-water control (with various configurations), mainly in district-heating networks. Weather-compensated control of the secondary flow-temperature and limitation of the primary return. Suitable for two separate converter control loops. Pre-set basic program for the initial commissioning. 2 44.488/ QRK 0 Operation he QRK 0 controller has fixed-configured software modules with captive parameters. he controller's inputs and outputs are configured in accordance with the type of installation used; therefore, the required software modules are activated automatically. Up to 5 time channels can effect the following operating conditions (max. 4 outputs are prvided): Heating circuit with operating modes (,, ) and option of connecting a remote-control facility Heating circuit with operating modes (,, ) and option of connecting a remote-control facility Domestic-hot-water charge disabled/enabled with setpoint /enabled with setpoint (anti-legionella function) Domestic-hot-water circulation pump (with anti-jamming function) on/off ime channel to exterior (time-switch function) on/off he limitation of the return temperature can be configured as: Max. limitation (typically in district-heating networks) Min. limitation (used for sustainment of the boiler return temperature when two heating groups are controlled) he domestic-hot-water control can be effected either with priority or in parallel with the heating mode or automatically in relation to the outside temperature. Selector switch: Hand/Automatic/Service Hand: No control mode. he valves are closed fully and then opened to a variable limit value. Between this limit value and the closed position, they can be actuated individually by keyboard. he -point outputs are switched on or off in accordance with a pre-set logical plan. Automatic: Control mode in accordance with the values set. Service: Control mode in accordance with the values set.
