4 Historical/Biographical Notes Henry B. Hoover was a Lincoln resident, on Trapelo Road in the 1960s, employed as an architect. He designed a number of houses in Lincoln between the late 1930s and early 1970s in the style know as modern architecture, made famous by Frank Lloyd Wright and locally by Walter Gropius. Scope and Content The collection comprises color prints and negatives of houses designed by Henry Hoover between the 1930s and 1970s in Lincoln, Massachusetts.
