SPAAP achievement awards in Telugu states (10No s) each: Rs.2,000/ GENERAL CONDITIONS: This competition is all India salon of Digital Photography. It is open to everyone in India who is working in any news paper, magazine, freelancer oramateur. However an entry may be rejected when SPAAP believes that the entry does not confirm to exhibition rules and regulations in its reasonable discretion. Entrants must be the authors of the works they submit. The entrant certifies that he/she is the sole owner of all the rights and elements on the images. The organizers assume no liability for any misuse or violation of copyright.the entrant permits SPAAP to reproduce all or part of the entered material free of charge for publication anddisplay in media related to the exhibition. This may include low resolution posting on a website.entries which do not comply in full or in part with the conditions of the salon will not be judged. A photo entered in one section, cannot be entered in another section. Organizers will handle each digital file and related things carefully but they are not responsible for any loss or damage. Altered images either digitally or otherwise by the maker and artwork or computer graphics created by the entrant may be incorporated if the photographic content predominates. Watermark or any such any identification marks (including camera generated date/time) are not acceptable. Entrants can submit maximum twelve images for the competition. Decision of the jury member will be final and entrants are bound to accept the same.

4 TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION 1. The contest is open to photojournalists, freelancers oramateurphotographers in India. 2. The category Photojournalism - only colour digital Images 3. An author may submit maximum 12 images. All participants must fill the application form and send along with images. 4. Pictures are taken within the years 2015 to 2017 only. 5. Photographs should be in JPEG format. The uploaded photograph should not be exceeding 1920 pixels(horizontal). File size should be minimum 2 MB and maximum 4 MB. 6.Upload the images through our website in which case a duly completed entry form should accompany with it. DVD or CD is not accepted. 7.Each photographer can participate only once and submit only one set of photographs. 8. The photograph should not contain title,name, watermark or any other form of identification on the face of the image. 9. Participants are requested to upload their entries well ahead of time to avoid last minute rush. Late entries will not be entertained. 10. The decision of the panel of judges is final and binding, no further appeal will be entertained. 11. All accepted and award winning photo prints will be displayed in the exhibition hall. 12. No manipulation or modification is preferred except resizing, cropping, selective lighting, darkening, sharpening and restoration of original color to the scene are preferable. Any adjustments must appear natural. 13. Entry Fee: Rs.500 /-either single or entire sections.
