3 SOCIAL COOPERATIVE TINTORETTO Tintoretto Social Cooperative operates in Restoration, Residential Construction, Urban Infrastructures and Maritime Works. Thanks to its long experience in Veneto and especially in Venice, this reality could narrow and grant high production levels, proposing itself to public and private customers. Mission targets drive to a quality evolution based on productive process in relation to the project and real customer s demands. This cooperative is part of Consorzio Stabile Consta, a reality that includes different single companies and it creates a proven group of building companies that are involved in the building process and can therefore guarantee excellent final results. Besides working in Veneto and especially in Venice, Tintoretto expands its activities in Italy, extending in this way its range. 3

5 Activities RESTORATION OF HISTORIC BUILDING AND ARCHITECTURAL WORKS After many restoration works, we could study the problems concerning the restoration methodology and guarantee the realization of works in accordance with the laws and original materials. They are preserved, restored and steadied with traditional techniques according to construction knowledge. The cooperative is involved in restoration of interiors and exteriors, mansions, historic buildings thanks to conservative works and non-invasive consolidation. Many works in Venice: first of all the Messa in Sicurezza and restoration of the nets of Venice Arsenale.
