On the back of this letter, you will find the supply list for your child s grade next year. If you are interested in ordering the prepackaged school supplies, please fill out your information and return the entire form with payment in an envelope marked School Supply Order. These forms are due by April 30 for Early Bird Pricing. Prices will go up after April 30. Orders may be picked up on August 15.
