DEAN BUILDING During the closure of Business 40, use one of the two routes below to travel from the Medical Center to the buildings listed above. Route option using Business 40 East from the Medical Center: Follow Business 40 East to Peters Creek Parkway and turn right at the top of the ramp. Follow Peters Creek Parkway and it will become Second Street. Follow Second Street to the intersection with Chestnut Street and turn right. Follow Chestnut Street one block and you will be in the area of the buildings listed above. Route option using surface streets rather than Business 40: Exit the Medical Center and turn right on Cloverdale Avenue. Follow Cloverdale Avenue to First Street and turn right. Follow First Street until you reach Peters Creek Parkway and turn left. Follow Peters Creek Parkway and it will become Second Street. Follow Second Street to the intersection with Chestnut Street and turn right. Follow Chestnut Street one block and you will be in the area of the buildings listed above.

7 3 FROM LEWISVILLE, YADKINVILLE, NORTH WILKESBORO, CLEMMONS, MOCKSVILLE, STATESVILLE During the closure of Business 40 use one of the two routes below if you are entering Winston-Salem traveling south on US 421 or east on I-40 to one of the facilities listed below: Route option using Business 40 East: Merge from US 421 South or I-40 East onto Business 40 East. Follow Business 40 East to the Peters Creek Parkway exit and turn right at the top of the ramp. Follow Peters Creek Parkway and it will become Second Street. Follow Second Street to the intersection with Chestnut Street and turn right. Follow Chestnut Street one block and you will be in the area of the buildings listed below. Route option using I-40 and Peters Creek Parkway: If you are traveling south on US 421, merge onto I-40 East. Take I-40 East to Exit 192 and turn left at the top of the ramp onto Peters Creek Parkway. Follow Peters Creek Parkway and shortly after it crosses Business 40 it will become Second Street. Follow Second Street to the intersection with Chestnut Street and turn right. Follow Chestnut Street one block and you will be in the area of the buildings listed below.
