The user has the possibility of inverse equipment, i.e. in the modular system, a retaining frame can accommodate contact carriers for both pin and sleeve contacts. In combination with the proven series B standard housings, the MO series allows the synthesis of electrical and optical contacts in inserts with different amperages and voltages inside one retaining frame. The modular construction of inserts leaves the decision on the specific arrangement in individual applications to the user. Due to the extensive range of different available housing sizes the user can implement combinations of 2 up to max. 2 x 7 contact carriers per housing - and thus realise any pole number from up to 280.
