1 Preparing your Learning Agreement The ESDA Llotja offers an extensive range of modules in all the Design and Art specialties. The modules offered can vary slightly each year, trying to modernize and expand the studies. It s for this reason that the list may change each year until July. Not all modules listed will be available each year. The list includes modules which can be full or have a limit number of places for Erasmus Students. Therefore not all subjects in the list are possible and, simultaneously, there is the possibility of others that are not listed. For this reason it is recommended to make the final Learning Agreement after the first two weeks of your stay in our school. Modules are units of study that normally run for 18 weeks each semester. Each credit is 27 hours (in the center and outside). You should not take more than 30 credits per semester. If you have some question, our specialty coordinators can help you. During the first two weeks you can assist to the classes in order to perform definitely the Learning Agreement. Two professors can help you all Module professors that you re interested. Here you have to take into account the language, because if you don t fully master the language, there are some modules more suitable. At this time you can also see if you can follow either classes or instead they can be difficult to understand. You must confirm your final choice, including changes to your original registration, within two weeks of your arrival. At that time you must register officially in the school. Remember you DON T have to pay any fees for your tuition. You will meet with your Studies Advisers during Welcome Week. They will be able to give you advice on choosing your modules. You will not be able to make your final choice of modules until you have met and approved your choice with your Studies Adviser. If you are not sure which modules you would like to take, you will have the opportunity to try out modules during the first two weeks of each semester. You must confirm your final choice of modules, including any changes to your original registration, by the end of week 2 of each semester. On the following pages you will find a table with all the subjects you can study as an Erasmus student. You can begin your choice if you have not already made your Learning Agreement. In some specialties, such as illustration, jewelry, ceramics, painting, printmaking and sculpture are the possibility of broader courses and workshops. If you are interested in these studies and you have questions, contact the International Office: internacional@llotja.cat
