ONE FOR ALL Layering Ceramic for all your metal-free needs
LINER LINER High fluorescent liner, high firing temperature creates a high wetabillity because of the water like flow of the glass. This is the foundation of the high strength bond for the layering ceramic. Fluorescence is the key for stabilizing the value of the build up. 5 different colors plus a neutral one help to achieve the correct results. The colored liners are used to soften white opaque colored frames and strengthen the shaded ones plus add fluorescence. Not required for Lithium Disilicate LINER N 1/13
DENTIN DENTIN Created to achieve the shade with minimum work. Two powder built up gives you a shade wheel color out of the bottle. All Vita classic shades are available at the moment. Additional shades are the bleach 1-4 and the A0 and B0. The opacity level is made for a minmimal thickness of 0.5/ 0.6. From that point on no opacious dentin is needed. Fluorescence level is according to natural teeth. DENTIN LINER A1 A2 A3 A3.5 A4 B1 B2 B3 B4 C1 C21 C3 2 C4 3 D2 4 D3 5 D4 N 2/13
ENAMEL ENAMEL / EFFECT ENAMEL AND TRANSPA Standard enamel: 57-60, following the Vita classic idea. Effect enamel: white, light grey, yellow, orange, dark orange. Colored enamel with low fluorescence and more density. Neutral: made to hold the value and add up volume. Opal and opal+: opalescence in two different levels and lower chroma than a transpa or opal material. ENAMEL NEUTRAL OPAL MOLAR WHITE LIGHT GREY EFFECT ENAMEL YELLOW ORANGE DARK ORANGE 3/13
TRANSLUCENT TRANSLUCENT Translucent: yellow, orange light brown, light blue, intense blue, grey, white, clear made for the translucent effects in the build up. No fluorescence and high translucency. The dynamic part of the build up. YELLOW ORANGE LIGHT BROWN LIGHT BLUE INTENS. BLUE TRANSLUCENT GREY WHITE CLEAR 4/13
FINALIZE FOR GLAZING You can prepare your surface with any diamond bur, carbide bur. A high speed turbine can also be used like any other handpiece. Because of the crystal structure the ceramic can be easily grinded and polished with rubber wheels, sandpaper etc. 5/13
STAIN PASTE STAIN & GLAZE The stains and the glaze are all fluorescent. 11 different colors are available: orange, brown, white, mauve, blue, black, light brown, pink, terracotta, yellow, purple-grey. 4 shades A,B,C,D are shaded according to the base color of vita classic. This is giving you a base color for the staining. The colors work with Zirconia, Lithium Disilicate, Titanium and PFM. STAIN & GLAZE ORANGE BROWN WHITE MAUVE BLUE BLACK LIGHT BROWN PINK TERRA- COTTA PURPLE- YELLOW GREY SHADE A SHADE B SHADE C SHADE D GLAZE 6/13
FINISHING The final crown can be polished in the polishing unit with pumice to create the shine that the dentist is looking for. Or it can be touched up with a diamond polishing past. 7/13
MARGIN MARGIN Available in all 16 Vita classic shades. High fluorescent. The highest fluorescent material in the system. Can also be used for pontics to create a stable base if for any reason the gingiva disappeard. A1 A2 A3 A3.5 A4 B1 B2 B3 B4 C1 C2 C3 C4 D2 D3 D4 OPAQUE DENTIN OPACIOUS DENTIN Similar to the margin all Vita shades are available. Less fluorescent than the margin. High opacity level to cover thin areas. Other than normal the OD`s have been adjusted in chroma and fluorescence that they don`t highlight through thin areas in the build up. If you are below 0.5 you can use straight OD in the favored color. A1 A2 A3 A3.5 A4 B1 B2 B3 B4 C1 C2 C3 C4 D2 D3 D4 MAMELON MAMELON Very dense, not fluorescence. High chroma, high opacity. For the internal built up. Available in salmon, orange, yellow and ivory. SALMON ORANGE YELLOW IVORY 8/13
NECK TRANSPA NECK TRANSPA For the margin area, high fluorescence. Strong chroma to get the light into the gingiva area. Can also be used interproximal or underneath posterior build up`s. Available in yellow, orange, salmon and khaki. YELLOW ORANGE SALMON KHAKI CORRECTION CORRECTION This material fires lower and has an enamel shaded and a dentin shaded material. DENTIN ENAMEL GINGIVAL GINGIVA Seven different colors are available. The darker, stronger colors have a higher opacity. The brighter colors are lower /13
MODIFIER MODIFIER Created to be mixed onto the regular dentin shades to strength the chroma. Available in A, B, C, D for the Vita classic. The modifier dark fluorescent and light fluorescent is to adjust the value. Colorless but strong in fluorescence. The dark is more violet/ grey the light is bright/ white. BLEACH DENTIN BLEACH BLEACH OPAQUE DENTIN ENAMEL BLEACH Bleach 1-4 are available in OD and dentin with the corresponding enamel. This shades can be mixed with the other Vita shades as well.
