2 SINK BULL FEATURES Finally, an affordable, heavy duty, manual sink milling machine designed for the stone shop. The Sink BULL utilizes a simple, rigid, powerful design combined with an inexpensive template to make CNC quality sink cutouts a simple task for every fabricator. Long Base The Sink BULL is the only sink milling machine or router type machine with a long enough base to span a sink template. This means extra stability, no tipping and a smaller template margin required. Heavy Duty Construction The Sink BULL is constructed of heavy duty anodized aluminum with corrosion resistant hardware, and its powered by a large 15 amp Makita grinder. A strong single leaver height adjustment and simple external water feed yields a quality, U.S.A. made tool that is STONE SHOP TOUGH.

ADVANTAGES A Sink BULL is much less expensive than CNC, and a Sink BULL cutout is indistinguishable from a CNC produced cutout. It provides an exact copy of a template with perfectly square edges. Inexpensive labor, and multiple Sink BULLS can also be utilized to out produce a CNC machine. Simple to Use & Versatile The Sink BULL is so easy to use that an inexperienced or beginning fabricator can achieve perfect results. Because the final shape is controlled by the template, there is very little chance of error. The Sink BULL can be used to shape sinks, inside corners, outside corners, electrical cutouts and complicated profiles with only a simple template.

5 RAPID Z-CUT The Rapid Z -CUT is a 3 diameter, stacked blade, grinding wheel with a stainless steel arbor and center water feed. The stacked diamond blades result in fast material removal in natural stone and quartz. The diamond blades can be rearrange to compensate for wear and are replaceable. Configurations are available in 5/8-11 or M14 arbor threads. Available in 2 versions - the TOP BEARING version was originally designed to profile sink cutouts with the Sink BULL. The NO BEARING version is excellent for freehand shaping and can be adapted to ½ gas thread for CNC use. With Top Bearing The Rapid Z -CUT with top bearing is designed for grinding sink cutouts with the Sink BULL. The bearing rides along the edge of the template while the 12 blades quickly grind away the stone. The bearing configuration always leaves a small amount of material to be cleaned up with a vacuum brazed drum wheel, leaving an easy to polish surface. Two Stage Template Follower Bearing The template follower bearing incorporates a two-stage design. After the blades wear halfway down, the large outer ring can be removed leaving the smaller inner ring to run against the template. This helps minimize the amount of material left to remove with the final drum wheel. Without Top Bearing Freehand Shaping The Rapid Z -CUT NO BEARING version has a stainless-steel arbor and 17 blades. It is excellent for freehand shaping of stone and quartz anywhere fast material removal is desired. We use it to create a free-form organic edge we call Glacier.

6 RAPID Z -DRUMS NEW New February Vacuum brazed drum wheels specifically designed for use with the Sink BULL. Available in coarse grit (30/40) and fine grit (120/150) with the diameters carefully selected to work in sequence with the Rapid Z -CUT. Additionally the height matches the Rapid Z -CUT so no adjustments are required between wheels. Rough grind with a Rapid Z -CUT followed by a course drum wheel, then a fine drum wheel to produce a smooth ready to polish edge. Reversible & Replaceable Drums The NSI Solutions Rapid Z -DRUMS are the only vacuum brazed drum wheels available with a reversible and replaceable drum. When the diamonds begin to dull flip the drum on the arbor and grind a few more sinks. The diamonds will still be relatively sharp on the back edge. When completely dull just replace the drum. Less money spent on tooling equals increased profits.
