Our factory artisans have over four decades of experience in producing intricate, American-made metalwork and can provide a wealth of creative suggestions and design ideas to distinguish any project. F O For most grills, wire material and style is selected, crimped and hand-woven to customer specifications. It is then electroplated with the selected finish option. A final high grade lacquer spray coating is applied for durability. Due to the hand-crafted nature of this product, there will be minimal color variations within an order which adds to the unique character of the product. Final product may vary from samples or from order to order and exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. For critical matching, unfinished grills may be ordered and finished locally to enable final on site inspection. Standard electroplating options include Brass, Copper and Steel. Additionally, Chrome, Nickel, Pewter and Bronze are also available. Standard finishes include Antique, Satin and Bright with special glazing effects also available. Plain steel or solid brass wire grilles are also available without electroplating or finishing effects. A Rosettes and cones can be tack-welded to wire joints for that unique addition. They are available in any electroplate or finishing effect. Specify rosettes if desired 1 up to 1-1/2 mesh at alternate intersections only. INSET: Also available in reeded wire (Style #R311).
