No. The items shown are only a representative sample of some of the items commonly supplied. For additional information please contact your local Sandvik Hyperion product specialist. The products in the catalogue do not match exactly what I require. Can you manufacture tips to my own design? Yes. Sandvik Hyperion manufactures parts completely from their own production tooling. Please bear in mind that changes in grade can mean that additional tools are needed due to the variation in pressing characteristics. Do we need to purchase tips from Sandvik Hyperion with a surface treatment to improve the brazing characteristics? No. In many cases and using the latest automated induction brazing machines with high quality materials, it is not necessary to provide tips with a coating typically of Nickel. Our product specialists will be happy to give you guidance. Can Sandvik Hyperion provide non-standard products in a shortened manufacturing lead time? Yes. Having an extensive range of tools and a flexible manufacturing facility we can provide non-standard parts on average in 5-6 working weeks.
