4 Maintenance units Maintenance units by WILKERSON consist in a filter, a regulator with gauge and a lubricator. The filters have a high standard filtration of 5 μm and the lubricators produce a very fine oil mist (10 μm). Model-no. Fiberglass routers could be compiled out of straight grinders, router attachments and special carbide burs. The routers are used with the guiding discs and customer built templates. The special fiberglass burs (page 26) must have the same shaft diameter like the bearing inside the router attachement which will guide the bur. Because the routing depth is adjustable these router attachements could be used for contour routing and for flute routing. 6 Rivet trimmer attachment for angular grinders 12S12 (Page 10 and 11). This rivet trimmer attachment is very small and compact (height only appr. 65 mm). In addition with the recommended grinders and burs this trimmer allows to trim pop or blind rivets and also weld seams without damaging the nearby surface of the workpiece. The trimmer has two runner pads and a micrometer control for the height of cut (setting accuracy 0,025 mm). 8 Carbide countersinks These two countersinks with 90 included angle could be directly mounted via a 1/4-28UNF thread into the head of the angular drill 15SF (pages 12, 13). So it is not only possible to use this grinders with burs or sanding discs but also as a compact and handy belt sander system. The sanders attachment has a 180 pivoting arm for more flexibility and user comfort. The sanding belts are pre-stressed by a guiding roll and could be used on metals, woods or fiberglass. One side of the belt sanders arm is out of steel and the other side is covered by Tefloncoated rubber foam.
