5 Activity Highlights Exploration Target Drilling A new drilling target has been defined by a 2.5km long Gold in Soil anomaly, at the Mansounia Gold Project, located in the highly prospective Siguiri Basin region of Eastern Guinea. An auger drilling program commenced in July 2018 to aid in the delineation of potential mineralization in as yet untested areas. Pitting programs on the three Birim Region properties have now been carried out and a plan for auger drilling is currently at planning stage. Active Investment Blox has entered into a strategic alliance agreement with Ashanti Sankofa, Inc. and recently made an investment in the company as the first step towards acquiring a presence in the Ashanti Belt and developing the Golden Triangle. Golden Triangle in West Africa Blox has set the wheels in motion to develop its assets in three of the most highly prospective areas in West Africa: the Kibi Belt in Ghana, the worldfamous Ashanti Belt in Ghana and the affluent but underexplored Siguiri Basin in Guinea. 5

7 The Golden Triangle The Golden Triangle a Plan for Expansion in West Africa Blox now has a stake in three of the most highly prospective gold areas in West Africa: the Kibi Belt in Ghana, the world-famous Ashanti Belt in Ghana (over 140-million ounces discovered to date in the Ashanti Belt) and the gold and mineral-rich, but underexplored, Siguiri Basin in Guinea. Blox plans to develop its gold assets in each area to realize a multi-million ounce combined resource in the mid to long term. Siguiri Basin Guinea Blox has a 1.29M Oz JORC compliant resource estimate at Mansounia. Proximal Properties: Semafo s Kiniero project adjoins northern concession boundary; Nordgold s 7.8M Oz Lefa Mine lies to the North, as does Anglogold Ashanti s 5.2M Oz Siguiri mine and Cassidy s 1M Oz Kouroussa property is to the north east. Birim Region Ghana Blox has prospecting licenses at Asamankese, Osenase and Pramkese. Proximal Properties: Xtra Gold concessions in the Kibi Belt 400k Oz resources. Ashanti Belt Ghana Blox has invested in Ashanti Sankofa, Inc. which has concessions at Anuoro and Beposo with a combined resource of 300k Oz. Analysis of GIS data identified additional areas of potential interest for exploration within the 145km 2 concession now underway. Recent outcrop rock sampling within two new target areas returned results between 0.49g/t and 3.04g/t. 9 Ashanti Belt Investment Strategic Investment in Ashanti Sankofa, Inc. Blox, Inc. has taken a 9.76% position in Ashanti Sankofa, Inc. a Canadian TSX.V listed company, which trades under the ticker ASI. The investment was made to broaden the scope of our gold assets and take a stake in the historically highlyprospective Ashanti Belt gold region. ASI s concessions are ideally located in the centre of the Ashanti Belt, below Konongo and above Oboum. Ashanti Sankofa, Inc. s North Ashanti Gold Project has two concessions: Anuoro 65km 2 97k Oz Gold. Beposo 33km 2 229k Oz Gold. (ASI is currently negotiating with the Ghanaian Minerals Commission to reclaim the license for Beposo due to the government s implementation of a non-economic zone around Lake Bosumtwe). 9

16 Auger Drilling In Progress Auger Drilling and Regolith Mapping in Progress Extensive database compilation and exploration targeting exercise undertaken by Sahara Natural Resources. Gold in Soil geochemical anomaly identified - over an approximately 2.5km strike. Auger Drilling, Trenching and Pitting being conducted across areas of anomalous soil and outcrop samples. Drilling also being used to sterilize a portion of the concession for feasibility work, working towards a mining license. 17 Targets for Expansion Encouraging Outcrop Sampling Results Sampling of oxidized outcrops at South-Central Mansounia at the Mansounia Gold Project in Guinea returned significant results. Samples were located approximately 5km south of the Mansounia resource area and indicate that gold mineralization occurs to the south of the currently identified Mansounia deposit. These outcrop sampling assays are very encouraging and warrant further exploration to unlock the full potential of the Mansounia license area. Plans are underway to undertake auger drilling to the south of the currently drilled Mansounia resource, over the region where the above outcrop samples were taken. Reverse circulation (RC) and Aircore drilling is planned, based on the results of the auger geochemical sampling program. Rock chip samples were located in target area 5, as shown in Figure 1 on Page As at the 12th July 2016, resource estimate by Runge Limited 2012 released 21st of June 2012 on ASX. 17

19 Step Out Drilling Targets The Mansounia deposit is open along strike to the north and south and up and down dip to the west and east. OPEN Significantly, fresh rock mineralisation has been intersected and as of this time remains unexplored. OPEN Primary hard rock mineralised veins open at depth with very little drilling to date. OPEN Infill and extensional RC and Diamond drill planning is ongoing with a view to improving the overall Mansounia deposit resource classification. OPEN 19

29 Board of Directors Ronald Renne BA (Hons) Chairman Ronald Renne moved into the role of Chairman of the Board in February Mr Renne has guided the company from inception and through its change of management and has been instrumental in cementing the new board and senior management members into a unified and focused unit. He has over 10-years of experience in the banking sector and managing information technology resources. Mr Renne has strong African and European ties that have contributed to his excellent understanding of business, culture and language in West Africa - a significant asset to the company. He has worked at HFC bank in London and the Royal Bank of Scotland. Mr Renne graduated from the Manchester Metropolitan University in 2000, with a BA Hons. He is also qualified in all aspects of retail banking, which allowed him to practice banking services in the United Kingdom. Trevor Pickett B Econ (Hons) Chief Executive Officer Trevor Pickett was appointed to the board in July 2015 and is also the Chief Executive Officer of Blox, Inc. He is responsible for mining business development including exploration, acquisitions, capital raising, investor relations and operations in Africa. Mr Pickett s role also includes the development of Blox, Inc. s interests in smart technology and sustainable energy. Born in Africa, Mr Pickett has a keen interest in the development and prosperity of its people, businesses and the continent as a whole. He holds an Honours Degree in Economics and Commerce and has a strong marketing and business relations background that draws on over 25-years of experience as both a founder and director of successful companies in both Australia and North America. He is the in-country agent for the Mansounia project in Guinea and has been associated with this concession since His rich professional experience and the development of his expertise in management, negotiation, administration and marketing enable him to act as an interface between Blox and the Guinean stakeholders (the Administration, the community and several institutions). As a Guinean and having lived in several West African countries, Mr Kaba has a willingness to further the development of his continent, especially his country, through economic and social development, which drives him to be an active member of the West African entrepreneur network since 1997, the Chamber of Mines since 2008 and the Economic and Social Council of Guinea since Daniel Amoakoh CPG, SME-RM Consulting Geologist, QP Daniel Amoakoh is a member of the American Institute of Professional Geologists and the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration.
