Before joining EverBank s Capital Markets group in 2012, Mr. Beane has more than 20 years experience in capital markets, mortgage finance, secondary marketing and GAAP technical accounting related to mortgage and banking specific transactions/structures. Prior to joining EverBank, Mr. Beane worked for SunTrust Mortgage as SVP Residential Loan Portfolio Manager as well as with Genworth Financial s capital markets/reinsurance group and the company s reverse mortgage subsidiary. Additionally, he ran capital markets for HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation where he was responsible for all aspects of pricing, hedging, trading, private-label securitization, investor delivery and all fulfillment operations for post-closing. Mr. Beane has also held executive-level positions with firms including United First Mortgage, Inc., Access National Mortgage Corporation, GMAC Mortgage Corporation, Capital Center LLC, Signet Bank and Signet Mortgage Corporation.

3 Rob Chrisman Rob HYATT Chrisman REGENCY began his career HOTEL in mortgage banking primarily capital markets 31 years ago in 1985 with First California Mortgage, assisting in Secondary Marketing until 1988, when he joined Tuttle & Co., a leading mortgage pipeline risk management firm. He was an account manager and partner at Tuttle & Co. until 1996, when he moved to Scotland with his family for 9 months. He returned to the United States in mid-1997 and ran Secondary for Standard Financial, a sub-prime lender in northern California. In late 1997 Rob was hired by CrossLand Mortgage to start, and be the president of, a sub-prime company named OnCall Mortgage (a division of CrossLand). OnCall Mortgage was in existence until Wells Fargo purchased First Security Bank (the owner of CrossLand) at the end of Rob then joined CMG Mortgage, a wholesale mortgage bank, as the Director of Secondary Marketing. In early 2003 and re-joined Tuttle Risk Management Services, Inc. TRMS (now Compass) provides mortgage pipeline risk management for mortgage companies and thrifts that seek to originate and sell loans into the secondary mortgage market. In November of 2006 Rob left TRMS to become the Director of Capital Markets for RPM Mortgage, a retail residential lender, leaving there in late 2008 to focus on not only publishing a widely read daily market commentary on current mortgage events but also on his family. He is on the board of directors of Peoples Bank, a mid-sized depository in Kansas, of Inheritance Funding Corporation, a financial services company which advances capital to heirs, of International City Mortgage, of Axis AMC, and of the California MBA. He is also a senior associate of the STRAT- MOR Group, and of the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Carolinas and its membership committee. Rob has provided expert witness services for mortgage and real estate-related cases, has lectured to groups around the country. Rob holds a BS from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and an MBA from UC Berkeley. FRIDAY 2/24 9 AM SESSION

4 Michael Duncan THURSDAY 2/23 11 AM SESSION Mike joined Compass Analytics as an Account Manager in December He manages Pipeline and MSR clients and assists with the development of the Compass Analytics MSR cash flow and pipeline risk management models. Prior to joining Compass Analytics, Mike spent 4 years at Bank of America working on their Assignment of Trade pricing analytics desk and covering large mortgage originators as a National Account Executive. His current responsibilities include hedging the pipeline risk for a number of large mortgage originators, assisting with MSR model client training and development, working with Correspondent Investors on behalf on Compass and its clients, and providing software demonstrations for prospective clients. Dr. Lynn M. Fisher THURSDAY 2/23 9 AM SESSION Dr. Lynn Fisher serves as Vice President of Research and Economics of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). In this role, she is responsible for managing MBA's economic and mortgage originations forecasts and developing analysis on issues of importance to the mortgage industry. Dr. Fisher also serves as the Executive Director of MBA's Research Institute for Housing America (RIHA), the Association's 503(c)(3) dedicated to encouraging and aiding - through grants and sponsored research to distinguished scholars, educational institutions, research facilities, and government organizations - the pursuit of knowledge of mortgage markets and real estate finance. Prior to MBA, Dr. Fisher served as Associate Professor of Real Estate and the David D. and Carol Ann Flanagan Scholar at the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina, and on the faculty at Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Department of Urban Studies and Planning and the Center for Real Estate. At MIT, she was director of the MIT/CRE Housing Affordability Initiative. She received her Ph.D. in business administration from Pennsylvania State University, where she concentrated in real estate finance and microeconomics. She has an MS in business administration and a BA in international politics, also from Penn State. Dr. Fisher's academic research has focused primarily on home ownership, housing affordability, and mortgage financing. Her academic work has been featured in American Economic Journal: Economic Policy, The Journal of Urban Economics, Real Estate Economics, and The Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics.

5 Sherry Grazianot for end-to- WEDNESDAY 2/22 4 PM SESSION Sherry Graziano is the Orlando Campus leader, providing operations oversight for end-to- end fulfillment in the Retail Florida Division. Sherry s leadership team manages mortgage processing, underwriting and closing, serving approximately 4,800 families per year. The team delivers nearly $1B in conventional, government and portfolio loans annually. Sherry s team is charged with delivering quality mortgage products to our agencies and our portfolio, executing with precision, and above all a laser focus on Client Delight. Sherry is a graduate of the MBA Future Leaders Program and is an advocate for our entire industry in Washington, DC. Sherry joined SunTrust in 2011 as a Retail Loan Consultant and became a Top Producer within months, while providing a voice of sales, in several key forums. In 2014, she joined the Sales & Performance Excellence team as the lead sales strategist. She developed the Mortgage Loan Associate onboarding and training programs, led sales readiness, reward and recognition programs and critical change initiatives for the three primary Mortgage distribution channels including Retail, Consumer Direct and Correspondent lending. Sherry was named a Platinum Performance Excellence Award winner for her contributions in Sherry served as co-chair of the Central Florida Women s Teammate Network for several years. Prior to joining SunTrust, Sherry held positions of increasing responsibility at Bank of America, PHH Mortgage and predecessor Cendant. Sherry is a graduate of the University of Florida and received her Masters from Rollins College. In her community, Sherry has been active with Central Florida Jobs Initiative, Kiwanis Club and Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. Sherry lives in Orlando, Florida, with her husband Jamie, and sons Brady and Tristan. Ken Jones FRIDAY 2/24 10 AM SESSION Kenneth Jones is Executive Vice President of First Guaranty Mortgage (FGMC) and brings more than 20 years of senior level management experience in the banking and financial services industry and a history of successful de novo undertakings in Retail Mortgage, Correspondent and Warehouse Lending. Mr. Jones joined FGMC in September, 2013 and was tasked with developing strategy and executing a de novo nationwide non-bank warehouse lending business, which has been successfully launched as a division of FGMC. An MBA graduate of George Mason University, he is a member of the Ponte Vedra Beach Chapter of Rotary International.

6 John Levonick Compliance Director Clayton Holdings LLC THURSDAY 2/23 2:30 PM SESSION BIO AND PHOTO COMING Gray MacNair THURSDAY 2/23 11 AM SESSION Gray MacNair is a Director on Fannie Mae s Capital Markets Pricing and Sales Desk, which provides liquidity to lenders via credit pricing management, whole loan sales and MBS trading. Additionally, the Sales Desk provides best execution, pricing, credit and delivery profile analysis to customers. MacNair has been with Fannie Mae for 12 years, first as a Senior Account Executive on the Sales Desk, then as a Director. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, she worked at Deutsche Bank in Global Equities in New York as an Institutional Sales Representative. She earned her BSBA degree at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

7 Scott McNulla Compliance HYATT Officer REGENCY HOTEL American Mortgage Consultants (AMC) THURSDAY 2/23 2:30 PM SESSION Mr. McNulla joined AMC in September He is responsible for leading the Regulatory Compliance team in their efforts to ensure AMC continues to lead the industry in delivering premier loan level compliance reviews. Through his leadership, the compliance team will ensure the systems continue to provide accurate results and the operations staff are trained and prepared to provide top tier residential mortgage compliance reviews to our clients. Mr. McNulla has significant experience in the Mortgage Industry. His first job was in 1985 working in the file room handling incoming insurance policies at a small loan servicer, SouthCoast Mortgage in San Antonio, Texas. Over the last two decades, Scott has held management roles in various aspects of the mortgage industry including originations, servicing, collections, secondary, IT, compliance, due diligence and securitizations. Prior to joining AMC, Scott worked for due diligence providers Clayton Holdings LLC and Alonhill, LLC managing their compliance departments. While at Clayton, he was responsible for their regulatory compliance department, providing oversight and input for due diligence and transaction engagements, and maintaining the company's regulatory compliance engine. Prior to that, he was the Director of Regulatory Compliance at Allonhill, LLC. In that role he managed the compliance team and worked directly with outside legal counsel, compliance technology vendors, rating agencies and clients to ensure the compliance review scope met the needs of the secondary market and provided clients with clear visibility into loan level compliance exceptions. Additional experience included his work at a mortgage technology compliance vendor as the senior director of compliance operations at Ellie Mae after they acquired his employer Mavent. Prior to joining Mavent in 2002, Scott had held positions on the management teams at Downey Savings, BrooksAmerica, Countrywide, and Victoria Mortgage Corp. with varying roles and responsibilities. Mr. McNulla holds a Bachelor's degree from Texas State University. Stan Middleman President, and Chief Executive Officer Freedom Mortgage THURSDAY 2/23 1:30 PM SESSION Stanley C. Middleman is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Freedom Mortgage Corporation, a national, full-service mortgage banker headquartered in Mount Laurel, NJ. The company is ranked in the top 10 mortgage originators nationally. In addition to his role leading Freedom Mortgage, Mr. Middleman is a prominent business strategist within the industry. He is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association where he serves on the Residential Board of Governors (RESBOG). The RESBOG is responsible for establishing legislative and regulatory policies and positions on residential lending issues. Mr. Middleman is also a member of the Housing Policy Executive Council (HPEC), an affiliate of the Financial Services Roundtable. The Council advocates for the benefits of a fully competitive and integrated housing market and represents dozens of leading national mortgage finance companies. Mr. Middleman has served on numerous advisory boards, including Freddie Mac, Ellie Mae, Inc., and Fannie Mae. He has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry. Mr. Middleman is a graduate of Temple University with a BS in Accounting. He currently resides in Cherry Hill, NJ.

8 Tom Millon, CFA, CMB THURSDAY 2/23 12 PM CMB SPEAKER AND 1:30 PM SESSION Tom founded Capital Markets Cooperative ( CMC ) in 2003 and is considered one of the nation's top executives in the mortgage capital markets. Tom is a recognized author, frequent speaker, and expert in mortgage finance. He serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of CMC, and is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of CMC s lending subsidiary, CMC Funding, Inc. Tom was instrumental in the development and growth of a number of companies in the mortgage industry. From 1999 to 2003, as the Director of Capital Markets for Ohio Mortgage Banking, he built an industry-leading capital markets group. During his tenure, the company s origination volume quintupled to $30 billion. From 1991 to 1999, Tom was a Partner, Managing Director and Member of the Board of Directors of Tuttle & Company, a leading risk management and securities trading firm. Tuttle & Company specialized in managing optional interest rate risk for mortgage bankers. Tom helped build the firm from five employees and a handful of clients to over 100 employees and a client base consisting of many of the largest US banking institutions. Tom s trading desk managed over 10% of the U.S. mortgage industry s origination volume prior to Microsoft s acquisition of Tuttle & Company in Prior to 1991, Tom was a member and floor trader on the Chicago Board of Trade and was an analyst with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets. In May of 1986, Tom graduated from The Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania. Currently, he serves as a Director on the Board of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania s Institute for Urban Research a think-tank dedicated to housing reform and urban planning and design of cities around the world. Tom is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association where he serves on the MBA s committee for GSE reform. Tom is also on the advisory board of the Common Securitization Platform a joint venture between Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, dedicated to standardizing the agency mortgage-backed security. Tom holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designations. He is FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) Series 3 licensed and is a member of the National Futures Association, the Association for Investment Management and Research, and the Security Analysts Society of San Francisco.

9 Aaron Samples Aaron Samples, Senior Vice t, Direr THURSDAY 2/23 1:30 PM SESSION Aaron Samples brings a wealth of industry experience and expertise in correspondent lending and the acquisition of mortgage servicing rights to his role as Senior Vice President, Director of MSR Acquisition and Correspondent Sales, East. In addition to his focus on Correspondent Sales in the Eastern part of the United States, Aaron is responsible for the Company's MSR Acquisition business. He previously served as Vice President Strategic Development at Stearns Lending, responsible for the Company's MSR Acquisitions Platform and strategic production channel growth. Prior to joining Stearns, Aaron served as Vice President Business Development at Nationstar Mortgage Special Servicing, where his responsibilities included the acquisition of mortgage servicing rights and management of residential loan portfolios. While at Nationstar, Aaron also held executive sales management positions in correspondent, retail and wholesale lending channels. Earlier in his career, he held executive positions with RealManage, LLC and started his career as a retail loan officer at CTX Mortgage.
