4 COMPANY HISTORY In 2005, Hangartner Custom Homes Inc. was founded as a luxury estate home building company that strived to establish a reputation for honesty, integrity and hard work. Over the last decade they have proven to do so by building solid relationships with their clients in some of North Dallas most notable residential developments. As the 4 th generation of his family in the construction industry, founder Ben Hangartner s determination for excellence stems from those that have gone before him. His father currently owns and operates a successful concrete construction company he founded in His grandfather owned and operated a residential remodeling and painting company and his great grandfather was a home builder and mason. Ben observed his family and ultimately figured out that people do business with people they like, know and trust. As the residential side of the business began to grow their clients began to request that they work on their commercial construction projects as well as provide construction management services due to the level of trust created, expertise and commitment to every project. By being diversified in residential and commercial construction and understanding the rolls and responsibilities of the construction industry along with practical experience and comprehensive skills in all areas of planning, design and construction of projects, Hangartner Custom Homes Inc. has been able to provide a value added service for its clients at every level.

5 LEADERSHIP Ben Hangartner, President Ben Hangartner, founder, is responsible for business development as well as overseeing the daily operations of the Hangartner family of company's. Ben is intricately involved with each project from concept to completion. He works closely with owners and his team of project consultants, subcontractors and vendors in determining project parameters, design, feasibility, scheduling, and quality control. Ben graduated as a student-athlete from West Texas A&M University and has served on the City of Celina s Planning and Zoning Commission since 2010, currently as its Chairman. He is actively involved with numerous local community organizations and he and his family support various local charities. He and his wife, Jennifer, have been married since 2003, and they have three children.
