P. 41(a(1(A(ii Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a(1(A(ii, the parties stipulate that the claims in this action arising under Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act, 42 U.S.C et seq., with respect to the redistricting of the New York State Senate Districts in Nassau County as a result of the 2010 United States Census (Count VII, of the Amended Complaint of Plaintiffs-Intervenors Donna Kaye Drayton, Edwin Ellis, Aida Forrest, Gene A. Johnson, Joy Wolley, Sheila Wright, Melvin Boone, Grisselle Gonzalez, Dennis O. Jones, Regis Thompson Lawrence, and Aubrey Phillips,and so much of Count VIII that seeks a declaratory judgment on this basis, including , and 131 are voluntarily dismissed in their entirety, with prejudice and without costs. The Boone Intervenors Melvin Boone, Grisselle Gonzalez, Dennis O. Jones, Regis Thompson Lawrence, and Aubrey Phillips therefore have no remaining claims in this action. Further, no other Plaintiff or Plaintiff-Intervenor has any claims arising under Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act with respect to the redistricting of Long Island as a result of the 2010 United States Census. 1
