SUBJECT DISCUSSION ACTION FOLLOW-UP MEETING CALLED TO ORDER The Lee County Trauma Services District Board of Directors Meeting was CALLED TO ORDER at 1:49 p.m. by, Sanford Cohen, M.D., Board Chairman. PUBLIC INPUT AGENDA ITEMS TRAUMA DISTRICT MINUTES None at this time. Dr. Cohen asked for approval of the Trauma District Minutes of August 25, 20. A motion was made by Therese Everly to approve the Trauma District Minutes of August 25, 20. The motion was seconded by David Collins and carried with no opposition. TRAUMA DISTRICT FINANCIALS OPERATIONS REPORT LEGISLATIVE UPDATE ON TRAUMA OTHER ITEMS Ben Spence reviewed the Trauma District Financials FYTD as of September 20. Dr. Vieux presented the Trauma Operations Report. Donna Clarke questioned the time it will take to become a Level 1 Trauma Center. Jim Nathan expressed how there is little difference between Level 1 & Level 2 Trauma Centers, Dr. Vieux concurred with this statement. Dr. Cohen asked for acceptance of the Operations Report. Sally Jackson presented a Legislative Update on Trauma which included references to red light cameras and deregulation of Trauma Centers. Sally Jackson presented the Board Appointments to the Regional Advisory Committee on Trauma Services (RAC) for Chris Hansen. A motion was made by David Collins to approve the Trauma District Financials FYTD as of September 20. The motion was seconded by Donna Clarke and carried with no opposition. A motion was made by David Collins to accept the Operations Report. The motion was seconded by Therese Everly and it carried with no opposition. A motion was made by Therese Everly to accept the Board Appointment Regional Advisory Committee on Trauma Services (RAC). The motion was seconded by David Collins and carried with no opposition.
