Prior to this Andrew was the Chief Financial Officer, Business & Private Banking and EGM Finance, Bankwest. Andrew joined the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in Andrew has over 25 years experience with the majority of his career being in the financial services and property industries and in finance-related and general management roles. Companies for whom he has worked include Lend Lease Corporation, NAB, Radian and Perpetual. For most of his career Andrew has been based in Sydney, and he has worked offshore for around 5 years, predominantly in the UK. Andrew is an Executive Director of Limited, and Colonial Mutual Superannuation Pty Ltd. Ms Anne Ward Anne Ward is a professional company director with experience in business management, strategy, risk and governance across a range of industries. She was previously a commercial lawyer and has been the General Counsel (Australia and Asia) of National Australia Bank for 6 years and a partner at Minter Ellison for 5 years. Anne is also Chairman of the Qantas Superannuation Plan, Zoos Victoria and the Centre for Investor Education and is a non-executive director of Zoos Victoria, RMIT and MYOB. 3 Mr Peter Hodgett FAICD FIAA FAHRI Peter Hodgett is an experienced company director and senior executive with experience in superannuation, funds management and insurance in Australia and the UK. Peter is currently a non-executive director of Medibank Private, where he chairs the Board Investment Committee. Peter is independent director of Limited and chairs their respective Board Audit and Risk Committees. Peter is an independent director of Colonial Mutual Superannuation Pty Ltd. Ms Penni James Penni James is a risk and compliance professional and by training a chartered accountant. Penni has over 25 years experience in the financial services industry including over 19 years compliance management experience in global financial services organisations. 4 Ms Linda Elkins Executive Director Linda Elkins has been the Executive General Manager Colonial First State at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia since From 2010 to 2012 Linda was the General Manager Marketing and Distribution at Colonial First State. Prior to joining Colonial First State, Linda was Managing Director of Russell Superannuation Services. Linda has a Bachelor of Applied Science. Ms Elizabeth Lewin Elizabeth Lewin (nee Cacciottolo) is a Non-Executive Director with over 25 years international experience in securities markets, investment management and risk management. Her experience extends to leading and building businesses in financial services across investment banking, wealth management and private banking. Prior executive roles included Chief Executive Officer of UBS Wealth Management Australia (2005 to 2009), Head of UBS Wealth Management UK (1999 to 2004) and Head of European derivative business in UBS Investment Bank ( ). She was previously a Trustee Director for The Australian Catholic Superannuation & Retirement Fund and Chaired the Investment Committee ( ). 5 Mr Greg Ballard Greg Ballard has been the General Manager Superannuation & Investments of CommInsure at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia since Greg has been employed by the Group since August Prior to joining the Bank, Greg was Chief Financial Officer Asia Pacific region with Zurich Scudder Investments Limited and he has also held senior management positions with AMP Limited. Greg has a Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment. Greg is a director of Jacques Martin Administration & Consulting Pty Limited, Jacques Martin Pty Limited and Commonwealth Bank Group Super. Mr Robert Daly Robert Daly has been the General Manager Wealth Risk Management of CommInsure at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia since Robert has been employed by the Group since August Prior to joining the Bank, Robert was the Chief Actuary with TAL and he has also held senior management positions at Tillinghast in both the United States and Australia. Robert is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries since 1992, a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia since 1999 (affiliate since 1995) and a Charted Financial Analyst charter holder with CFA Institute.
