Card to Marilyn Lieneck, had a fall and is in rehab. Congratulations to the Hasensteins on the birth of a beautiful granddaughter. Jane Ellen Lacroix recovering from pneumonia. Prayers for Sal Diforte going thru some tests and wishing Bill Franklin a good recovery from knee replacement surgery next month.. Prayers and thoughts are with Serge Richard as he deals with health issues. MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! ELECTION of 2017 MSAAC OFFICERS & DIRECTORS At the NOV 14, 2016 MEETING of the Mid-State Antique Auto Club held at the Leominster Veterans Center, Our President SAL asked for a report from the Nominating Committee. Co-Chair BUD BROWN & BRYAN LeBLANC handled the proceedings 2017 OFFICERS Treasurer GARY REED was nominated for another year as Treasurer and he accepted. Secretary LINDA REED was nominated for Secretary and she accepted. Vice President BRYAN LeBLANC was nominated for Vice-President and he accepted. President DAVE CRAMM was nominated for President and he accepted. With no more nominations for any Officer positions, the nominations were closed. A motion was made for Acting Secretary JEANNITA GAUDET to file one vote for the election of all 2017 Officer Candidates - the motion was seconded and passed BOARD OF DIRECTORS The following incumbent Directors were nominated for 2017 and accepted their nominations; BOB CRAMM, GEORGE LaCROIX, JOHN RICHINICK, JOE GONYNOR. New Directors, nominated last month accepted as follows: JEAN NOEL BERNARD, BUD BROWN, LEO FERRARI, RICHARD LEGER and BILL SCHULTZ. RICK GRIFFITH, nominated last month, declined his nomination. Then, with no more nominations from the floor, and a total of 9 nominations for the 9 positions, Acting Secretary JEANNITA cast one vote for the slate of 9 Directors - the motion was seconded and passed. Submitted by the 2017 Nominating Committee: BUD BROWN, RICHARD LEGER, EMERY GAUDET & BRYAN LeBLANC OUT-GOING OFFICERS & DIRECTORS - THANK YOU...!!! The entire Mid-State membership would like to express their appreciation to these Outgoing Officers and Directors for their dedication and years of service to our club: SAL DiFORTE served as President- 4 years, Vice Pres- 3 yrs, Total 7 years; RAY RATHIER as Vice President- 4 years, Secretary- 2 yrs, Director- 5 yrs - 11 years; PAUL SMART served as Director for 11 years; GEORGE PASAY served as Director for 3 years & SERGE RICHARD served as Director for 1 year.
