1 KASPER MAHON ANDREASEN Kasper Mahon Andreasen is the Chief Finance Officer for Damco since August 2017, based in The Hague, The Netherlands. He has been with the Maersk Group for over 17 years of which the last two years have been with Maersk Supply Service where he leaves behind a strong record of achievement in the business service function kasper.andreasen@damco.com Kasper holds an MSc degree in Economics from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark and an MSc degree in Economics and Finance from Warwick Business School, United Kingdom. EREZ AGMONI Erez Agmoni is part of the Damco regional team for the last 7 years where he spent 4 years in Asia as the Head of Airfreight for Asia Pacific region and 2.5 years in Panama and USA as the Head of Airfreight for Americas. He is now heading America s Region supply chain development where he and his team are helping customers to reengineer their supply chain to achieve improvements in cost, transit time and gas emissions erez.agmoni@damco.com Erez has a broad industry experience of more than 20 years where he spent most of his career in Asia in various roles including forwarding COO and CCO of GAC Worldwide and as a regional cargo manager for EL-AL Airlines. He also spent six years managing an IT company, which built different software and infrastructure solutions for customers. He holds a computer engineering bachelor degree, telecommunication science master degree and a PhD in organization development. PETER BAKER Peter Baker joined Damco on 1 July 2016 as Global Head of Human Resources based in The Hague. He is responsible for the overall Damco people strategy, which includes talent management, organisational capability, and compensation & benefits.peter has been with Maersk Group since 2011, initially as HR Director for Asia Pacific peter.baker@damco.com Since then he also held various roles as Global Head of Learning and Organisation Development and more recently as Global Head of Commercial HR for Maersk Line. He also brings with him relevant FMCG experience from his employment in Procter & Gamble from 1994 to 2011.

RICHARD BRIGGS Richard has been based in Damco Chicago since May 2013; initially, as the Area Commercial Director for the Mid West, and most recently, as the Regional Head of Key Account Management

In his latest role Richard leads all commercial activities within the Americas for Damco s Key Accounts whilst also building a strategy for Damco s expansion within the Consumer vertical.

Prior to his current role, Richard has held commercial and operation roles within the organization.

DeMartino started her career with the Maersk Group in 1989 in Madison, New Jersey, where she held various positions in sales and operations. Doreen presently is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Damco Americas Region. Prior to this role, Doreen was Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations for Damco Distribution Services. She was recently appointed Chief Operating Officer for Damco Distribution Services effective January She holds a Bachelor Degree in Communications from Seton Hall University and a Master Degree in Personnel Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She completed her Executive Education at Penn State University. ANITA DE WERD Anita de Werd joined Damco on September 1st, She is responsible for strategic marketing and corporate communications and holds a seat at Damco s global management team. She is a seasoned business director who is committed to embed marketing as a competence in Damco. She connects with senior leaders in all departments within the company and in all regions, acting as the pivotal point in corporate branding and communications anita.dewerd@damco.com Anita has extensive marketing and communication experience gathered from various roles in Europe, Asia and Africa. 3 JAVIER GARCIA Javier Garcia Atique is the Chief Operations Officer, Damco Americas and is based in Panama City, Panama Javier has 15 years of experience working for the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group where he has held several leadership positions including area manager in CSAM ( ) and in Mexico ( ) as well as Chief Operating Office in Latin America. He holds a degree of Economics and Finance and has an Executive Master in Logistics and Supply Chain from Georgia Tech Institute (USA). HENNING UDO GOLDMANN Henning U. Goldmann joined Damco on 1 June 2014 as Global Chief Information Officer henning.udo.goldmann@damco.com Henning s commitment to transform DAMCO into a state-of-the-art IT Demand Organization came to life from his first day at work. By harvesting maximal synergies within the group, DAMCO now has a cost leading IT department. IT innovation remains top of the agenda under his watch. In addition to his prowess in IT, his wealth of experience in business process design, lean processes and process optimization serve Damco well. His expertise and industry insights will be invaluable in driving Damco s global IT transformation. JEREMY T. HAYCOCK Jeremy T. Haycock, Area CEO - East Coast, Gulf and Canada, Damco Americas. Moller Maersk Group as a management trainee in Upon graduating from the program, he joined Maersk Line in Italy for two years, before heading back to the company s headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark in 1988 for a period of three years. He spent the following years of his career with the group in executive roles between Asia, Europe and the United States, taking up various roles across Maersk Line, Maersk Logistics (Damco) to 2014, he was the CEO and President of Damco North America , he took on opportunities outside of the Maersk Group and decided to rejoin the Damco USA organization in September ELIZABETH HEMANN elizabeth.hemann@damco.com Elizabeth Hemann joined the company in July 1996 as a MISE trainee with Maersk Line in Chicago with insides sales support and customer service. She has worked in Maersk Line in the vessel operations group and later as a sales account executive in New England. She worked in vessels operations in APMT in Norfolk, Virginia as well. For more than a decade, she has worked within Damco supply chain management handling global accounts in the Northeast creating and supporting commercial and operational solutions. She is currently the Regional Head of Supply Chain Solutions for Americas.Elizabeth holds a Bachelors of Science of Maritime Transportation from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, NY. She holds a Masters in Logistics from American Public University.

JOHN KLOMPERS John Klompers has been the Global Head of Ocean and Air for Damco since July He is based in The Hague. His current responsibilities include Global Air and Ocean product management john.klompers@damco.com John brings with him extensive experience in General Management, Operational Management, and Sales & Marketing Management from various organizations in Europe, most recently as Chief Commercial Officer at Agility in Switzerland, and prior to that at global logistics organizations such as CEVA and Panalpina. He holds a degree in Economics and a post-graduate degree in Supply Chain Management. RICHARD MORGAN Richard Morgan is Global Chief Commercial Officer for Damco from March 2017, based in The Hague, The Netherlands and is responsible for sales, industry verticals, marketing and supply chain development richard.morgan@damco.com In his previous role as Chief Commercial Officer for Damco, Asia was responsible for the overall commercial and business development activities in the region. 6 DAVID NEWTON David Newton is the Chief Commercial Officer, Damco Americas Region and is based in Florham Park, New Jersey, USA Prior to this role, David was the Head of US Northeast Area & Canada. David was responsible for the regional management of Damco s activities in the northeast area of the US and Canada. He was the Sr. Director of Client Management for Damco in the Northeast Region and has been with Damco since 1991 and has served on international assignments as Country Manager, Ireland and Branch Manager, Sydney, Australia. NARIN PHOL Narin Phol is the Chief Executive Officer, Damco Americas and is based in Florham Park, New Jersey, USA narin.phol@damco.com Narin first joined the Maersk Group in 2000 as a management trainee working primarily within the logistics industry. With his Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, he has held several leadership positions in commercial and operation roles. Prior to his current role, Narin was been Chief Operations Officer for America Regions (2014-March 2016), and previously as Area Manager for East and West China ( ), and Vietnam / Cambodia Area Manager ( ). MIKKEL RASMUSSEN Mikkel Rasmussen is CEO for the Europe Region and responsible for the business performance and strategic development across the 8 European areas mikkel.rasmussen@damco.com Mikkel joined Damco in Europe as COO, after having spent two years as the Group Supply Chain and Logistics Director at Tesco in the UK. Before that, he has worked for 7 years as Head of Supply Chain Management at the head office of Damco. Of his 23 years with A.P. Moller Maersk, Mikkel spent 19 years with the logistics division of the company in various global and regional roles. He also held country positions in Italy and Netherlands.
