OIM2 was an Artificial Intelligence company with 3 globally issued patents in the computer vision and deep learning markets. Its underlying technology was a platform designed to enable developers to plug in computer vision and deep learning open source, 3rd party, and proprietary algorithms either in the cloud or edge environments. The technology supports both computer vision and deep learning generic tracking and identification of consumer and video camera content. OIM2 is a unique platform that works much like a coding language; providing Artificial Intelligence developers and researchers a common coding and deployment platform that scales quickly. The platform has more than 75, hours of coding, has been market tested, and supports a number of complex use cases focused on analyzing crowd and video content. 7 Maintenance Trends for OIM Squared Patent maintenance trends are an important measure of how a patent portfolio is managed over time, and speaks volumes about a company's patent strategy. Some companies abandon as much as 5 percent of their portfolio at each renewal tranche, while others pay maintenance fees on the entire portfolio regardless of the current benefit the portfolio conveys to the patent owner. 10 Maintence Fees Due by Number of Patents It is valuable to know precisely how many patents require maintenance decisions in each of the subsequent future quarters. Special attention should be paid to the patents in their E3 renewal period shown in red. These patents cost USD7,4 to maintain to the end of their term.
