4 Meet the Professionals Richard Seid Senior Portfolio Manager Senior Vice President - Wealth Management The Murray Hill Group A co-founder of The Murray Hill Group Richard provides comprehensive wealth management for his clients. His emphasis is on portfolio management, planning, and building long-term relationships. He has over 30 years experience in investment management, beginning as a research analyst and trader and now as a senior portfolio manager with the Murray Hill Group.Richard graduated from the University of Rochester in 1982 with a degree in Economics and Political Science, with a specialization in International Political Affairs. He graduated with honors. He earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA ) designation from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts in He holds licenses and professional degrees in portfolio management, financial planning, retirement plan consulting, and 4 MORGAN STANLEY

He has been a member of Morgan Stanley s Chairman s Council, President s and Council and He enjoys golf, Swiss Alp Mountain trekking, sailing, history, Vinyasa yoga and perennial gardening. Friends describe him as a Renaissance Man. Notably he was the Rye Golf Club Senior Club Champion in He trains and practices at all of his endeavors with the same focus and discipline that he manages his clients portfolios. Among other community service organizations, Richard is a board member of Friends Indeed (FIND), a foundation set up to help Larchmont and Mamaroneck NY families who lost loved ones on 9/11. Richard lives in Larchmont, NY with his wife, two sons and twin daughters. Sheldon Bitkower Senior Vice President - Wealth Management Financial Advisor Sheldon is a co-founder at The Murray Hill Group. He has been managing client portfolios for more than 40 years. He first joined predecessor firm Smith Barney now Morgan Stanley in 1967, and has been committed to long-term, multi-generational relationships since then. He believes in taking the long view, both inter-generationally with his clients and within portfolios for his clients. Several of his clients have been with him through three generations. Sheldon s experience includes fixed-income, municipal bond and equity portfolio investment management. He has worked with clients through every type of market cycle in his five-decade career, lending calm leadership through uncertain times. Sheldon earned a BS in Business from New York University. He has been married for 45 years and has two daughters and four grandchildren. He enjoys tennis, gardening and model trains. THE MURRAY HILL GROUP 5
6 Ann Neumann Financial Planning Associate First Vice President - Wealth Management Craig Ruckert Senior Registered Client Service Associate Relationship Manager Ann works with our clients to tailor wealth management strategies designed to help solve their complex financial challenges. She has more than 30 years experience in the field. Many of her clients have worked with her since "day one", and appreciate her reasoned, intelligent approach to choosing investments and strategies that fit their goals and lifestyles. The sixth of eight children, Ann was practically born into her field, learning about growing a business from her grandfather and the stock market from her father; the family owned a construction firm which later donated a barge to NYC today, it functions as the downtown heliport. Ann was a standout student at the University of Hartford, where she earned a BA in Economics. She was honored with the Blumenthal Prize for Excellence in Economics and graduated magna cum laude. Ann has also earned the CERTIFIED FINAN- CIAL PLANNERTM (CFP ) designation. Ann lives in Manhattan and Quogue. She is a past president of Talk of the Town Toastmasters Club and an area governor of Toastmasters in New York. She has also taught at Hunter College and worked with Junior Achievement. Ann enjoys playing bridge and yoga; she is also an enthusiastic but frustrated golfer. Craig assists the Financial Advisors with portfolio management, asset allocation strategies and financial planning. He is an integral part of The Murray Hill Group and helps implement portfolio management strategies, bond portfolio analyses and client quarterly and year end statements. Craig brings over 10 years of experience in the financial industry to the team. Previously an Institutional Municipal Bond Broker with two firms on Wall Street; his experience as a broker gives him a distinct perspective when working with clients of The Murray Hill Group.Craig graduated from Hofstra University s Frank G. Zarb School of Business, earning a BS in Banking and Finance with a minor in Economics. 6 MORGAN STANLEY
7 He lives with his wife Jennifer and daughter Piper in Lindenhurst, New York. His interests include strength training, home remodeling and construction and U.S. history. Craig is an active member of both The New York Blood Center Donor program as well as the Be The Match Registry for Bone Marrow Donation. He is an avid NY Yankee s and Giants fan who is currently working to improving his golf game.
8 Sean McArdle Senior Registered Client Service Associate Florence Felicio Client Service Associate Sean is an industrious and motivated man with an incredible work ethic and extraordinary dedication to his family. A New Yorker through and through, he spent the majority of his childhood living in Commack, New York. Sean moved to the Bronx as a teenager, and with his outgoing personality and his amazing ability to adapt allowed for an easy transition. In the Bronx, he graduated from St. Raymond's High School for Boys in From there, Sean attended Westchester Community College, where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration. For the past seven years, Sean has followed his interests and dreams with a career in finance at Morgan Stanley. He began there as an Operations Associate in 2006 and has worked his way up to a Registered Client Service Associate, obtaining his Series 7 and 63. Sean currently lives in Yorktown Heights, NY with his wife, daughter, and son; his family is expecting another child in October Florence assists with the daily operations of the team. She handles client statements and helps address client questions on a daily basis. Florence has been with predecessor firm Smith Barney now Morgan Stanley for 30 years, and provides invaluable support to the team. She lives in Queens and has three children and four grandchildren. 12 Our Process The first thing we do for every client is to help create a detailed financial plan, which is both a blueprint for your investment strategy, and a yardstick by which to measure every decision. To accomplish this, we use a four step process: Step One: Understanding your needs. Before we make any recommendations, we first need to explore your goals, concerns, time horizon and risk tolerance. We will conduct an in-depth interview and collect essential personal and financial data. Step Two: Analysis. We then analyze your data and assess your situation to produce two documents: an executive summary of your goals, concerns and current situation; and a comprehensive financial plan with specific recommendations and strategies that reflect your objectives. Step Three: Implementation and Asset Allocation. We will describe and recommend specific products or services, along with a detailed explanation of why we chose it and how it can help you. We recommend allocating your assets across three asset classes: fixed income bonds, equities and alternative investments. The proportions are determined by your goals and profile. Step Four: Ongoing review. To help make sure your plan is on track, we will periodically provide a thorough review. As needed, we will recommend adjustments to reflect any changes in your circumstances, the market or your goals. For example, we may recommend stock purchases when their prices are low, or selling them when their prices are high. Throughout, we stay in steady contact with you, and distribute quarterly performance monitors and reviews. You ll also receive monthly statements when there is activity, and a year-end tax summary.
