Job Brüggen holds a master degree from Delft University of Technology in Aerospace Engineering. In 1986, he started working for the National Aerospace Laboratory where he later became the head of the Air Transport Division. His particular interest in safety led him to Air Traffic Control the Netherlands, to become their first safety manager in He is particularly known for his activities in Just Culture developments and was one of the first to demonstrate the detrimental effect of prosecution of air traffic controllers on incident reporting. In 2003 he re-created the CANSO Safety Standing Committee and chaired it for six years. He is currently leading the effort for the FAB Europe Central safety management activities. He also advises in the health care industry on safety matters with a particular focus on safety leadership. His particular emphasis is on safety culture and just culture.

On behalf of ANACNA, she has been actively involved in communication and international activities related to automation and safety for the last two years. Chief Executive and Accountable Manager Cardtech Srl, which operates in the drone market with a company dedicated to the SAPR Services. He has contributed to the establishment of NEOS (a University of Padua spin-off and one of the first companies dedicated to remote sensing activities via APR) with the design and construction of the first drone by April for remote sensing in high-altitude glaciers, geological and geo-mechanical elements. Cardtech actively collaborates with University research institutes and public institutions.

Air Traffic Controller based working in The ENAV Operational Directorate. He joined ENAV in Antonio holds a degree in Electronic Engineering. After a period as an active Air Traffic Controller at The Turin Airport and at The Rome Area Control Centre, he joined ENAV Headquarters and he has been involved in Satellite Navigation and in many R&D projects. EMMA was one of these projects, dealing with A-SMGCS

7 future implementation. Antonio is responsible for Airport CDM implementation in Italy.
