EMPLOYMENT HISTORY Investment& Leasing Manager Romania, Portico Investments 10/2015 Present Portico is a Real Estate Operating Company of Washington State Investment Board (WSIB) and Aevitas Property Partners focusing on South Eastern Europe. Company has offices in Budapest and Bucharest after the 2012 decision that Poland, Germany and Czech Republic be spin-off into another WSIB backed structure named Centerscape. Portico invests into long leased stabilized properties, preferably anchored by a leading grocery retailer, in an economically and demographically strong area. As Investment& Leasing Manager, I am responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing Real Estate acquisitions in Romania. Also, I am managing the leasing activity for the current Romanian portfolio of 25 properties in order to maintain its high occupancy level.
