As CEO, he has led the transformation of Advaxis into a leading cancer immunotherapy company. Mr O Connor has 20 years of executive, legal, and regulatory experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, including senior leadership positions at ImClone Systems and PharmaNet, now known as inventiv Health. At ImClone, Mr O Connor served as senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary, supporting the clinical development, launch, and commercialization of Erbitux (cetuximab) and helping resolve corporate issues, including extensive licensing negotiations, in advance of its sale to Eli Lilly in While at PharmaNet, Mr O Connor was part of the senior leadership team that expanded the company from a startup contract research organization to a world leader in clinical research. Previously, Mr O Connor was a criminal prosecutor in Somerset County, New Jersey, and a captain in the US Marines, serving in the Persian Gulf in In 2015, Ernst & Young named Mr O Connor Entrepreneur of the Year in New Jersey. He serves as an advisor to the dean of Penn State University s Dickinson School of Law and is a member of the board of trustees of BioNJ. 3 Bradley Monk, MD The University of Arizona Cancer Center Bradley Monk, MD, is a professor and the director of the Division of Gynecologic Oncology at St. Joseph s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr Monk is the Lead Cervical Cancer Advisor to Advaxis, and is a key contributor to the development of the planned Phase 3 AIM2CERV trial. Dr Monk has coauthored more than 230 publications in peerreviewed journals and was awarded the highly prestigious Ernst Wertheim Award. He is chair of the Cervix Committee for NRG Oncology as well as a member of the Society of Gynecologic Oncology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Brian Slomovitz, MD University of Miami Brian Slomovitz, MD, is the director of the Division of Gynecologic Oncology in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, as well as coleader of the Gynecologic Cancers Site Disease Group at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. Dr Slomovitz is the principal investigator for the study evaluating AXAL in combination with durvalumab, which is currently in its second dose-escalation phase. Dr Slomovitz has coauthored more than 60 articles in peerreviewed journals and has been recognized as a Top Doctor by Castle Connolly Medical Ltd, Inside New Jersey, and New Jersey Monthly. He is the principal investigator on multiple clinical trials led by the Gynecologic Oncology Group (GOG), wherein he has served as a member of the Uterine Corpus Committee for over 6 years. Warner K. Huh, MD University of Alabama, Birmingham Warner K. Huh, MD, is a professor and director of the Division of Gynecologic Oncology and senior scientist at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Dr Huh is the lead investigator of GOG- 0265, a Phase 2 clinical study evaluating the potential of AXAL as an immunotherapy for patients. Dr Huh has coauthored more than 75 peer-reviewed articles, has been named in the Best Doctors in America database, and has received numerous awards for his teaching accomplishments and research, including the Patients Choice Award. He is active in the American College of Surgeons, the Society of Gynecologic Oncology, the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology, and the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Lisa Kachnic, MD Vanderbilt University Lisa Kachnic, MD, is professor and chair of the Department of Radiation Oncology at Vanderbilt University, and the former associate director of Multidisciplinary Cancer Research at Boston University. Dr Kachnic plans to evaluate AXAL in a registration quality study in HPV-associated anal cancer. Dr Kachnic has coauthored over 120 publications in peer-reviewed journals, and is internationally recognized for her clinical trial leadership positions in the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and its cooperative group research bases. She is actively involved in the NRG Oncology (NSABP RTOG GOG) gastrointestinal and patient-reported outcome strategic committees, and is the co-chair of the NCI Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) in Cancer Control and Prevention. She is vice-chair of the NCI Anorectal Cancer Task Force and co-chair of the anorectal committee for the Southwest Oncology Group (SWOG), where she also serves as their Multi-Modality Executive Officer.

4 Mark Stein, MD Cancer Institute of New Jersey NOTES Mark Stein, MD, is a medical oncologist at the Cancer Institute of New Jersey, specializing in prostate cancer. Dr Stein is an investigator in a Phase 1/2 trial evaluating AXAL in patients with previously treated, metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mcrpc). Dr Stein has coauthored more than 20 publications in peer-reviewed journals and serves on the editorial board of HemOnc Today. He is a member of the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Genitourinary Committee and the Prostate Cancer Clinical Trials Consortium.
