3 The first quarter of the financial year has witnessed all round growth in every vertical of SISA s business entities. This would never have been possible without the tireless efforts of my two Lieutenants, our MD Sameer Sharma and CEO Rajesh Sharma. Thank you both for leading your teams and setting leadership examples which has brought laurels to our company. Page No 3 I have always believed SISA is my extended family and all Sisatarians are my loving family members. I take pride in their successes and stand by them in their hour of crisis. The bond evolves from the commitment, dedication and unrelenting tenacity to perform by my dedicated team, which has always been my forte in the Armed Forces and civil life.

4 I, as head of the SISA family, thank each one of you for the great effort you have put in. Page No 4 Since we are in the service industry, the daily challenges are enormous. There is no second mantra to survive and excel but to constantly improve, improvise, reinvent service quality. We must create advocates among our clients, who will in fact speak for us in the business community and pave the path for geometric progression of our business volume. But to achieve that, we need to create zero tolerance in our service quality. A customer is never content with good service ; the industry demands a dynamically improved order of things. So my dear friends, there is no room for complacency.

5 In order for us to remain in business and grow, you must keep inculcating new skill sets among our front line staff, so that we become synonymous with service excellence.
