Vicarius acts as the innovator s go-to-market organization for Europe, building a customer-facing organization and commercializing the asset in the innovator s name, while absorbing all launch costs. Biogen to Buy Land in Solothurn for new Production Facility Biogen, an international biotechnology company, announced to invest one billion francs for a new biological manufacturing facility in Luterbach in the canton of Solothurn. A pre-contract with the Canton of Solothurn for the purchase of the land has been concluded. The consummation of the land purchase and the beginning of the construction work shall be at the end of By 2019 the plant should be operational, creating 400 jobs and producing biopharmaceutical medicine. Successful Enforcement of Money Claim in the Context of a Public Bid VISCHER successfully enforced the money claim of a German Group and its Swiss subsidiary against a company domiciled in Zug. The claim had its origin in the Joint offer the parties had made in the context of an international public bid for electricity metering systems. The Dispute encompassed proceedings before the courts of Zug (first and second instance), subsequent counter-proceedings before the courts of Basel- Landschaft, as well as the freezing of assets enforcement proceedings.
