It allows investors from a variety of backgrounds to invest with ease into innovative start-ups and other growth-focused businesses. From as little as 10 you, the investor, can own shares, whilst receiving the same world-class shareholder protections as professional investors. BEFORE INVESTING To make your investment process with us as smooth as possible, we recommend you have done the following beforehand: Risk Warnings: Investing in early-stage businesses can be very rewarding, but it involves a number of risks. Please go to: and read the Risk Warnings carefully. Please have your Driver s Licence at hand: this will allow Seedrs to verify your identity. If you don t have a Driver s Licence you will still be allowed to invest. Please have your National Insurance Number at hand (optional, but recommended): Like other financial services firms across Europe and the rest of the world, Seedrs needs to comply with tax authority requirements regarding the exchange of information under FATCA, CDOT and CRS.

3 REGISTERING ON SEEDRS.COM 1. Please go to: 2. Introduce your address. Please make sure this address is your main one and you check it periodically. 3. Create a password. Your password must contain: a) a minimum of eight characters, b) at least one letter, c) at least one number (0-9) and, d) at least one symbol (! $%&*?).

4 CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT TYPE 1. Please select United Kingdom as your country of residence. 2. Select Individual Investor as your primary reason for joining Seedrs. 3. Click on Continue.

5 YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS 1. Please fill all the mandatory fields. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*). 2. If you have your Driver s Licence and/or National Insurance number at hand, we recommend you provide these details.

7 YOUR INVESTOR PROFILE 1. Seedrs provides 3 options, for most of us the 3 rd option Everyday Investor is the correct one, however, please make sure you read these carefully and select the right one for you. 2. Click on continue.

8 3. Please read the Investor Statement and make sure said statement is correlated with your investor profile. 4. Tick both options at the bottom.

9 RISK WARNINGS QUIZ Seedrs takes risk warnings very seriously. In order to ensure you understand these warnings, they created a short quiz in which you will need to select the correct answer to 7 questions regarding Risk Warnings. You can always click on Risk Warnings on the left hard side to re-read them and in order to answer the questions correctly.

10 COMPLETING YOUR SEEDRS REGISTRATION 1. You can now invest on Action Petz via Seedrs! 2. Please don t forget to check your for and confirm you have successfully created your Seedrs account.
