Reyna, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit Judge Reyna was appointed to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit by President Barack Obama in Prior to his appointment, Judge Reyna was an international trade attorney and shareholder at Williams Mullen, where, from 1998 to 2011, he directed the firm's Trade and Customs Practice Group and its Latin America Task Force, and served on its board of directors ( , ). He was an associate and partner at the law firm of Stewart and Stewart ( ). From 1981 to 1986, Judge Reyna was a solo practitioner in Albuquerque, New Mexico and, prior to that, an associate at Shaffer, Butt, Thornton & Baehr, also in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Honorable S. James Otero, The Honorable Otis D. Wright II Judge Wright began his legal career as a Deputy Attorney General in the Criminal Appeals Section of the California Department of Justice. Later he joined the international law firm of Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, LLP, specialists in all matters related to insurance, where he became the firm s first African American partner. He practiced as a civil litigator with that firm for more than 20 years. In October 2005, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger appointed Judge Wright to the Superior Court where he was assigned to the Substance Abuse Court in Long Beach. Eighteen months later, the President of the United States appointed Judge Wright to a lifetime position as a district judge serving the Central District of California. The Honorable George H. Wu, Judge Wu was appointed to the United States District Court for the Central District of California in Previously, he served as a municipal court judge for the City of Los Angeles from 1993 to 1996 before being elevated to the California Superior Court for the County of Los Angeles. Prior to joining the bench, Judge Wu was an Assistant Chief in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office in Los Angeles (1991 to 1993), an Assistant U.S. Attorney (1982 to 1989), and an associate at LeBoeuf, Lamb Leiby & MacRea and at Latham & Watkins. He also clerked for the Honorable Stanley N. Barnes, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and was an Assistant Professor at the Unive rsity of Tennessee School of Law. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Chicago Law School and is a graduate of Pomona College. 1

Maroulis, Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP Victoria Maroulis is a Co-Managing Partner of the Silicon Valley Office of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan and a Co-Chair of the firm s Life Science Practice. Mrs. Maroulis practice primarily focuses on intellectual property litigation. Alexander R. Schlee, Schlee IP International, P.C. Alexander R.
