Based on the performance in the Computer Based Test conducted on 12 th December, 2017, the recommendation of the Selection Committee and approval of the Competent Authority, the following candidates are called for Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) for the post of Office Assistant (NS) in terms of Adv. The venue, date & reporting time for Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) for the post of Office Assistant (NS) will be intimated separately and also uploaded on the AIIMS, Bhubaneswar s website in due course of time. Call letter for Computer Proficiency Test(CPT) indicating Date and Venue will be sent to above shortlisted candidates by Speed Post also. The syllabus will also be uploaded in Institute s website. 2. The candidature of all the above listed candidates shortlisted for Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) is purely provisional subject to verification and fulfilment of the eligibility criteria with regards to age, essential qualification, category, age and experience etc. as per the advertisement and Rules & Regulations of the Institute. In case any of the selected candidates is found not fulfilling any of the eligibility criteria at any stage, then his/her candidature/selection will be cancelled without giving any reason. The decision of the Director in this regard will be final. 3. Candidates should note that shortlisting for Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) does not entitle him/her for an empanelment/appointment in the AIIMS, Bhubaneswar. The candidature of above candidates is purely provisional. 4. The Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) will be only qualifying, those candidates who will secure qualifying marks as decided by the Competent Authority will be considered for selection based on their merit i.e. mark secured in Computer Based Test. Those who will not qualify the Computer Proficiency Test(CPT) will not be considered for selection even though they have secured higher marks in Computer Based Test. 5. The final selection will be purely based on merit who fulfil all eligibility criteria as per the advertisement. Action as warranted under Rules/Laws will be taken in respect of those candidates who will bring outside influence in any manner. 6. If the candidate does not belong to the category mentioned against his/her name in the Notification or if any of the particulars mentioned are not correct, such candidates are advised to report the discrepancy along with all supporting documents to Assistant Administrative Officer, Recruitment Cell, 3 rd Floor, Academic Block, AIIMS, Sijua, Bhubaneswar-19 within 7 days of this notification. 315 (Contd.P/6)

6 -:6:- 7. No TA/DA shall be paid for above said Computer Proficiency Test (CPT). 8. While every care has been taken in preparing the above category-wise list of candidates for the post of Office Assistant(NS) to be called for Computer Proficiency Test (CPT), however, AIIMS, Bhubaneswar reserves the right to rectify inadvertent error or printing mistake, if any. 9. Please visit Institute s website i.e., for any last-minute change and other details about this recruitment. IMPORTANT: Beware of the touts who may misguide the candidates with false promises of getting them selected for the job on illegal consideration. The recruitment process i.e., CBT in the AIIMS, Bhubaneswar examinations is fully computerized and the selection is based purely on the merit of candidates.
