Perkins Public Meetings 1 st & 3 rd Wednesday of each month Thornbury Township Board of Supervisors Annual Organizational Meeting Minutes Tuesday, January 3, 2012 The Thornbury Township Board of Supervisors convened the Annual Organization Meeting, Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at the Township Administration Building, 6 Township Drive, Cheyney, PA. Supervisor Raith called the public meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Number of Attendees: 18 PRESENT: James H. Raith, Chairman James P. Kelly, Vice Chairman Sheri Perkins, Supervisor Jeffrey T. Seagraves, Manager Geoffrey Carbutt, Township Secretary Lindsey Price, Roadmaster Ted McCandless, Building Code Official Robert P. Anderman, Esq., Township Solicitor Lisa Catania, PE, Township Engineer Justin Scarth, PE, Township Sewer Engineer Attached are the motions made and adopted during the 2012 Annual Organization Meeting. Chairman Raith called for public comment. There was no public comment. The Meeting adjourned at 7:10 pm.
