TheCompanyadded6.4millionouncesofgoldreserves,4.4millionouncesthroughexplorationandprojectsand2.0millionouncesthroughrevisionsandacquisitions.Newmont reported5.3millionouncesofattributablemineproductionin2017resultingin6.4millioncontainedouncesofreservedepletion. Copper TheCompanyincreasedcopperreservesbysevenpercentto1.2milliontonnesandcopperresources 1 werelargelyunchangedat2.3milliontonnes.
