3 T HE MULTI-FAMILY T EAM Senior Vice President David Bilfeld is a Senior Vice President with Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler s Multi-Family Advisory Group, concentrating in Chicago and secondary markets, as well as student housing. David represents major developers, institutions and corporations through out the country in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family investment real estate. In addition, David has worked extensively on development projects, condominium conversions and forclosure/bankruptcy transactions. He consults with clients ranging from their current and future buy/sell strategies to their long-term hold opportunities. David earned a Bachelor s Degree from Indiana University, Bloomington. Associate James is an Associate with Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler s Multi-Family Advisory Group, concentrating on multi-family properties within the City of Chicago and secondary markets around the Midwest as well as student housing. James supports the group with the representation of private and insitutional clients and assists with their acquisition/disposition of multi-family real estate. In addition, James focuses on property financial analysis and product marketing. James earned a Bachelor s Degree in Political Science from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Marketing Specialist Keke is a Marketing Specialist with Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler s Multi-Family Advisory Group, concentrating on marketing and advertising multi-family properties within the City of Chicago and secondary markets around the Midwest. Keke supports the group with designing prints from concept to completion of offering memorandums for the private and insitutional clients. In addition, Keke focuses on property and demographic research. Keke earned a Master s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University, Chicago and a Master s Degree in New Media and Digital Studies from DePaul University, Chicago. 3
